Grupotel Gran Vista & Spa

The hotel weirdly gave us an “upgrade” to the apartment which is not that nice, modern and clean (there were bugs in the bath tub and hair in the drawers) as you can see in the first 2 pics but of a higher price. When we asked to change back to the room we booked, we staff wouldn’t just help us changed the room and had acted very weird as if we are not entitled to the room… This one particular staff (senior manager I believe) gave us “one final chance” as she said, and made us go up and down to check the room to make sure we “will not regret it” which makes no sense to us at all.

Muy buen hotel, cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Personal muy muy amable y te ayudan si tienes ciertas dudas.

대부분 독일인들이 보였고 동양인은 저희밖에 없어서 오히려 좋았습니다. 수영장도 두세개정도 되고 리조트 관리가 잘 되는거같았습니다. 발코니에서 보는 전망이 좋고, 바로 걸어서 나가면 앞에 상권이 있어 식당 상점들이 많고 해변이 가깝습니다. 잘 쉬다 왔습니다!

Today is my last day at this hotel. I have been here 10 days with my boyfriend and all in all it’s been a great holiday! The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Especially when we kept putting our key cards next to our phones so they didn’t work in our doors! They were very good and patient everytime it happened!! All the staff very attentive, from breakfast to rooftop bar and main bar. Great facilities, we enjoyed the evening entertainment and the pools, plenty of sun beds, shady and sunny spots. We loved playing pool of an evening. Breakfast set up was lovely, everything you could ever want to eat in the morning!! Even when the weather was a little rainy we ventured into the spa which was great! I am very much into thermal spa’s and attend one in London so was pleased to see these facilities. I did have a treatment (exfoliation and massage)on my first day and as a beautician myself, I have a little inside knowledge. I was a little disappointed by the massage and wouldn’t pay £100 that I did again. From a safety point of view there was no questions regarding health/injuries/allergies. All of those are common practice if you are visiting somewhere like that for the first time. The therapist was lovely but the language barrier was hard. The massage itself was very basic and not strong enough for me. I had asked her to go a little harder but not sure she understood. However it was still nice to relax! It was mine and my boyfriend’s first holiday together and the perfect place to come to relax. Thank you all

The hotel is in a great location. It is very clean and the pool areas are excellent . It is a 4 star hotel with a spa . We had an excellent stay . Air conditioning in room could be stronger as room was not cool at night .little touches such as coffee making facilities in room and tissues make 4 stars better .

This was my 2nd visit to this lovely friendly, laid-back hotel. In my opinion, it's perfectly situated at the top of the main street of bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel staff and TUI reps are helpful and professional. The maids work hard every day replacing towels and making beds. Rooms and balconies are spotless. Breakfast selection is without a doubt the best of everything, busy and popular but well organised. Sets you up for the day. The evening entertainment is popular and fun, the rooftop bar has the most incredible views and sunsets. The mix of nationalities choosing the Gran Vista Hotel makes the holiday feel both International and classy. You won't be disappointed.

Average hotel, nice and clean. Buffet was okay, not very special. Staff was okay, friendly. Enough beds by the pool. They serve a good rum cola and malibu cola. Good gym with airconditioning. The roof top bar is nice. Weird music in the diningroom and at the pool. Probably to avoid paying for the right to play existing songs.

One of the best hotels i ever been to. Extremly good service and nice staff. Nice looking bar on roof and downstairs and drinks are good made. Enough sunbeds for everyone, no need to wake up early to secure your sunbed. Rooms are good cleaned. Resturant and outside bar have very good food.

We had a lovely stay here in June 2024. We stayed in room 563 which was on the fifth floor with views over the pool and the town and sea beyond. The hotel is in a great position walking straight out dorm to the beach through shops, bars and restaurants. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has a light airy feel and a great restaurant with a feast for your eyes buffet. The bar and restaurant staff were all friendly and attentive. The hotel attracts a good international mix of guests which helped with a good atmosphere watching the different games being shown as the European football cup was on. The maid service was excellent and ours was very helpful as my wife and I are both disabled. I would have given this hotel a 5 star rating other than for two things that let it down. The first being the room mini bars, whilst ours worked fine (we were part of a large party of 50 staying here for a wedding in the area) many were not working in rooms and reception were telling them they are not fridges but mini bars and not meant to cool which is incorrect. Ours worked fine and soon chilled our warm bottled water. The other problem was the disabled chair for lowering guests into the pool was dirty and not working and the young male pool attendants were always on there smart phones and not doing there jobs. Reception helped me get the maintenance man to fix the chair. I would watch any small children in the pool as the boys are not reliable. That said this is a great hotel and I would definitely go back and recommend it to others as it’s better than average. Twin rooms are more spacious than doubles which were ok for singles but very compact.
