We just returned from a week stay, half board. Beautiful hotel with great facilities, entertainment and spacious rooms. My children loved the mini disco and daily pool side entertainment. Entertainment staff, waiters and hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms was spacious and well equipped. There is an Aldi only a 2 minute walk away which was great to grab bottles of water and lunch! There is a shop onsite too. Local town and beach very close! Food was varied and delicious. Always something children will like too! Pool is great and there are plenty of sun beds. Cleaning is a bit odd - no set routines or days they come to clean the room. Ours was only cleaned 3 times during the stay but on one day dirty towels or sheets not changed. They sometimes can early and if we were still in room would then not come back. But it was an easy room to keep clean so did not really impact us. We did not have a great view ( back of another hotel) but hardly used balcony. We traveled with Jet2. Transfer advertised as 2.15hours but only took 1.30 hours!

We stayed for a week mid June and booked via love holidays. The room was fantastic, larger than average, clean and the bathroom was great. Lovely balcony and room had kettle, toaster, hob and a larger fridge. All in all very impressed with the bedroom. Ironing boards were available with a 10 euro deposit. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and facilities are very good. The pool area is modern and plenty of sun beds. The indoor pool has recently been renovated and better than some spas I’ve been to in Uk. Reception areas and bar areas could do with modernisation. The pool bar is a lovely area. Toilets recently been refurbished and cleaned regularly. There was a different show each night 9.30-10.30 however after the show everyone left and was like a ghost town. My only criticisms would be around evening atmosphere and service. The restaurant staff were fast and quick at taking dirty plates and clearing tables however half the restaurant was cordoned off consistently and we were jam packed in like sardines. So busy and load as lots of children and the flow of the buffet did not work. I was asked by staff mid eating my meal to move table even know the table I had sat at was not in cordoned off section. I just looked at the waiter and he said “big boss won’t be happy”. I was absolutely livid. I then had to move tables with my half eaten plate of food and carry my own drink. The dining experience is not relaxing and instead in and out as opposed to sitting and enjoying but very rushed. Staff don’t come and ask if you would like another drink and you aren’t encourage to stay. The food is fine. A lot of pork and spam for German guest but desserts were fantastic and salad bar always available. Same irritations followed in the pool bar. Had to stand in a certain section for an all inclusive drink even though the bar was empty. The snacks available during the day from the pool bar are worst I have ever encountered in a 4 star all inclusive hotel. Usually you get chips, burgers, pizzas, toasties etc but no. Literally half a cut up white bread sandwich or biscuits and cut up cake from breakfast. Irritating as there’s a full kitchen within the pool bar so they have the capacity. The staff weren’t the friendliest and on a night as soon as the show finished they are rushing around you wanting you to leave even though bar is open till midnight. They close up around you and leave you in darkness so you leave which is a similar theme in the restaurant. Just busy busy to get rid of people. Overall a great hotel with so many positives - location is fantastic, rooms large and well equipped, great on site facilities but the petty rules and staff rules totally ruined it for us. The entertainment team were ok. Seen sat on the stage chatting waiting for their lunch at 1pm most of the time and didn’t really want to engage. Work needs to be done to improve it. Average hotel, we went all inclusive food ok always something we liked, rooms not cleaned enough as apparently they dont like jet 2 customers, night time entertainment was repetitive and not good sometimes staff didn't know what they were doing, it was that bad some nights it was funny, parrot show was a rip off told €20 went to pay and was then told €27. kids loved pool but could do with some music around it and some staff very ignorant prices in shop very expensive. Lovely beach close by enjoyed holiday but wouldn’t return

A very good and excellent hotel, with the necessary services for a good stay, with comfort and tranquility. Above all, the best thing was the entertainers, the shows and how they kept me and my children entertained with the different activities. It was magnificent. Without a doubt, the one who was most eager and the one who treated us best and entertained us the best was Susana, who was very friendly and fun. In short, I will definitely come back again without a doubt.

Excellent hotel, perfect for families. There's fantastic entertainment every night, with the Freddie Mercury tribute night being a standout. The staff is incredibly friendly, the spacious rooms have reliable air conditioning, and the kitchen is well-equipped for quick and convenient meals.

I'll try to be as thorough as I can with the review. As per the title, it was a real mix. Room (Family Suite) was massive. A separate bedroom, reasonable sized bathroom, and a main living area, which was split between a lounge with two single sofa beds, and a kitchenette, which was fully equipped. Would be a great apartment for self catering etc as you had the lot in there - we were all inclusive. The one thing it was probably missing (for all inclusive customers) was some sachets of tea and coffee, which meant you had to buy your own at the shop. Hotel, generally was spacious, and had most amenities covered. The gym was a bit too small (if more than 2 people in there, its barely enough room), the indoor pool was a nice size, and was generally quiet, although the Sauna wasn't operational on a single occasion while we were there. Outdoor pools were constantly busy - and although you could generally get sunbeds, if you weren't early enough, you had no chance of getting anything near shade. They also have a problem with wasps near the pools and surrounding bins - although I have some sympathy as i think the volume of wasps is driven by guests who just left piles of rubbish by their sunbeds when they left. The kids pool was a great addition for a range of ages (I'd say from babies up to about 7) and was surprisingly a bit quieter. The overall hotel was pretty clean, notwithstanding the point above about rubbish left by the pools - although the room cleaning was really strange. We only had cleaners in on two occasions during the week - a third occasion they knocked really early and we asked them to come back, but they didn't. On two of the days there was no cleaning, we even left the sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned, which were just ignored. When the rooms were eventually cleaned, the sheets weren't changed at all - in a place as hot as this, with little aircon - again, this seems a strange choice. The food was pretty standard all inclusive, but with a reasonable choice, although it seemed to be on a 3-4 day rotation - by our last couple of days, we'd seen/tried everything. The situation with the drinks was really strange. I have no issue with it being waiting staff only, and i have no issue with them only bringing a drink at a time, but i would have thought it would have made sense, with so many families, to have soft drinks available on self service. We barely used the bar as there was always a sizeable queue, and the wait was longer than it was worth. It was these aspects that led to me believing that all inclusive is probably not worth it, at this hotel. It was also absolutely packed and noisy most of the time - I think they need to extend it slightly to deal with the volume of customers they have. A final comment about facilities - the Wifi was pretty poor, but also not free, and quite expensive. It ended up being far cheaper (and better service) for me to use 4G and hotspot off of my mobile. Just got back from a 9 night stay and the hotel is so lovely and clean. Pools are great. Big pool is lovely and warm baby pool not so much. Also no toilets by baby pool so beware for a mad dash if little ones what a wee as the closest one was right by the bar. Which was frustrating at times. Air conditioning not amazing I love a cold room I like to take full advantage of being cold at night and room 1111 terrible had no air conditioning and even after reporting it 3 times it was never fixed Food normal all inclusive food Fresh fruit, always chips and meats most night not just fish. Always something too eat and loads of pudding. Snack bar terrible and only 3-5pm and some of the bar staff only let u get 2 drinks at a time which was a pain when there were 10 of us. Hotel lovely and clean. No room cleaning on Thursday and Sundays Mojitos are one of the free cocktails and Malibu is free Entertainment staff were great and something on every night even if it’s them performing or someone they have brought it. Mini disco 15min each night and most days there is aqua dance at 12.30 on the pool. Shop on site for snacks and essentials. Would I return yes hotel is a 4 star even tho it’s said 3 plus on jet2
