We are currently in the Amfora Beach. Staying here for 10 nights. Booked three rooms. Since we checked in on Saturday in our room we have slept with thick black mould and spores on the partition wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. We have reported this and it was partly wiped off but still several spores and black visible. We reported it again today and explained the cause is due to the bathroom door not closing. We were promised a "technician" would look at it. We explained myself and my partner suffer asthma and emphysema and this is detrimental to our health. We ard both now wheezing. We returned this evening to find nothing has been done. On asking again at reception thd technician was unavailable and it might be done tomorrow. Explaining again the risk to our breathing, my partner was met with "si, si".. It seems the only way we may get a response is through this forum as clearly the reception team do not realise the seriousnes of the situation. We have paid a considerable sum for three very small rooms that do not appear to merit the 4 star tag and the least we would expect t is they would be clean and safe.

It was very clean room and great bathroom and the beds was good. The swimmingpool was nice and there was a lot of sunbeds. The hotel was on a Quite street and close to the beach and restaurants. Can recommend this hotel. Very helpful staff when I want to change room.

Room small but very good.Room servicing excellemt.Only problem was location.Buses drop off and pick up at end of street as it is narrow.However watch out as tour buses stop around the corner at the front door of a neighbouring hotel that also afronts BQ Amfora Beach hotel stop.Causes confusion.Apart from that hotel is close to beach,shops etc,but does not have a room view (well we didn't.)Good value at price and very helpful staff.

Great hotel, great facilities and more importantly great staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean, breakfast amazing. Location of hotel is 2 min walk from high street, 5 min walk from beach, all in all great value for money

Had an early flight so only stayed here one night because it was very close to the airport. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable, we has a good quiet night’s sleep, in the morning at checkout the receptionist called a taxi for us and it was there to pick us up in 5 minutes. The reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel is well located, close to beaches, restaurants and the small centre of Can Pastilla, but it is still in quiet surroundings. The room was clean and functional, and the fact that all rooms have a balcony is of course popular. On the negative side, I found the public areas dull and lacking any decoration; not at all inviting to sit down and have a drink before or after dinner. The breakfast room is in the basement, which also is a pity.

This is the 3rd time we take BQ Amfora and as always stay was great, staff is wonderful and will keep repeating as place is incredibly well placed and the “adult only” give a touch of relaxing environment attractive. If I suggest something to explore is the in-room coffee and charges to room, it’s a service in really missed.

This was our second stay here and honestly I can't fault it.Lovely clean hotel.All rooms have balcony.Staff are wonderful.Food and drink are delicious.Location is perfect.Short walk to beaches and restaurants and shops.Looked after our bags till airport time.Pool is lovely.If you want a relaxing break-this is it.Literally 7 mins cab ride from palma Airport.
