Built in washer/dryer in the 1st floor bath. There is an outdoor deck with table, seating and bbq off the main living room. Downstairs a screened deck with a gas fire pit/game table with seating for six. Two kayaks, paddles and vests to be used at nearby pond, trail across the street. Free access for one adult to Waterville Valley Community Center. You can purchase additional daily guest passes. Currently additional adult passes are $20 per day Friday to Sunday, and holidays . Seniors $10 per day weekends, children 8-17 $10 per day and children 7 and under free any day weekends. Monday-Friday Daily Pass $10 per adult, Seniors 65 plus $5, Children 8-17 $5 and under 7 free.
