Super 8 by Wyndham Campbellsville KY

This place is completely disgusting! The floors are terribly dirty all through the hallway and main entrance. The staff is horrendously unaccommodating. The beds obviously haven't been cleaned after the previous guest they are full of crumbs, hair, and cigarette burns. The showers im afraid of so so soooooo disgusting. There is gum stuck to the tile in the bathroom. Everything is crusty, rusty, and filthy. Someone down the hall has viscous dogs that tried to attack me and won't stop barking the staff has done nothing about it despite several complaints and safety concerns The pool was closed down over half an hour earlier than advertised. Now my absolute favorite!!!! The staff on duty was literally sitting at the breakfast tables cutting Someone's hair. I can't even explain how nasty this place is, I feel I'm going to need a tetanus shot after being here.

This is a great place to stay when you are in the area, the staff are most pleasant. The whole thing was a great experience.

okay for such a good price. I appreciated it as I was visiting my son in college. my kids upset because of no pool open in the mornings. they really wanted to swim.

My bass club comes here twice per year for a three day tournament on Green River Lk. They are always welcoming to us and our boats for parking and outside electric outlets to charge our boats overnight. We’ve never had a problem with security. A great value.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced, they charged my account 4 times, the room smelled like death, the staff was unfriendly and was not accommodating at all, first day we checked out to get a full refund and instead slept in our car.

Bad experience from check in to check out. Only good thing was great shower pressure. Carpet nasty, no elevator, bedspread nasty TV remote greasy. Molded fruit for grab and go breakfast. No hand sanitizer anywhere.

Checking in the front desk man was rude. Plus they charge $100 deposit which they don’t tell you about until you get there. Room was ok not great not terrible. As my curtain was open they’re was a man standing there looking in. Scared the s$$t out me. I go close the curtain and there is 5 or 6 guys with cases of beer and loud music playing. I did not feel safe at all. I even have pictures of them outside my window. Went to front desk lady acts like no big deal. I ended up checking out after just a few hours there. Never again!!! I go to Campbellsville often to visit my family. 1st and last time here! And I filed a complaint with the corporate office. Still waiting to hear from it. As they wants to change me for the full stay.

Very bad experience 😕 😞 we checked in on Dec 23 they took my money out for deposit and for the room before we even checked in stated there was no breakfast got in the room I had to clean the hot tub cause there was black hairs in the tub there was black looking paint splashed on the curtains when we woke up to check out of the room went down stairs gave the key back checked out the man told me that he would send my deposit back in my card for the non smoking we left got half way home the man calls and states we won't get our deposit back cause we smoked in the room I was like do what ? Turned around and went back to the hotel I demanded to see evidence where we had smoked in the room pic or whatever he had because when I worked at a hotel we had to take pics and what not to prove the person smoked in that room he wouldn't let me go back up to the room or anything stated that I wasn't aloud and he didn't have any evidence said it smelled like smoke so the cops had already came to the room and checked it our I called the cop and spoke to him over the phone he told me that this hotel does this all the time not refunding peoples money back this is a habit for them to do this type of thing stealing people's deposits don't stay therr unless u wanna lose 150.00 and the room costed me 143.00 just for one night and it's a dump not even worth the money to begin with they are a rip off so I called the BBB and also filed a complaint with corporate office and I will end up having to take this to small claims court over this to get my 150.00 back it's a shame people do this we was without water at home and electric and here it was Christmas and they screwed me I never should have left I should have made them check the room and then wait for them to give me a despot back is what I should have done but I didn't and they got me but this is a legal matter and it will be handled
