Premier Inn Milton Keynes (Willen Lake)

The plug in the bath got stuck so we couldn't drain it until a man from reception used some pliers. Apparently this is a common problem with the replacement plugs. Also the toilet seat fixing was broken which could have caused a fall. Someone in the room above was running around for ages, with thundering footsteps on our ceiling early in the morning. The staff were friendly and the food was good but they completely messed up our order and the tables were sticky. Lots of menu options were unavailable. The allergy info isn't presented in a quick to read grid format, like most so that was time consuming.

Kerry cleaned the room very well, the only thing I would note is the shower heads need descaling and the dans in the bathroom need cleaning, maybe an over sight. The staff on the front desk are always lovely as ever and helpful! Can’t fault this hotel to much!

Stayed at this premier inn hotel last night my van was broken into with an angle grinder and not only my van 2 other vans in the same night and a car, apparently from speaking to locals it’s a common occurrence I’m just wondering why they are not warning people of this and there being a risk of your van/ car being broken into and also asked staff to see cctv and they said they could not access it this is

The welcome was tremendous, the team on duty were helpful including assisting with the parking machine and getting decaf coffee for us. the room was warm and very comfortable with everything you would need and more coffee/tea etc downstairs in Reception. A great stay at a great price. We had stayed here before and paid for an upgraded room, which was perfect for a longer stay. The bedding was excellent, more pillows available etc. No complaints at all!

This is a decent hotel for a reasonable price. Some parts of the room could have been cleaner but overall it was ok. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and good value. The evening meal wasn't so good - but you do get what you pay for and it was ok. The location is nice, Willen Lake is a nice walk and there are other things to do depending on when you go. We used the hotel as a base as we had lots of activities planned, and for what we paid it we really can't complain.

We always stay at this hotel when in Milton Keynes/Bedford and usually give hotel 5* review We booked a while ago and always book Premium Room due to the extras (fridge, better shower) and we had no problems with our room except soap dispenser next to sink was empty Our son decided last week to visit with us and when I tried to book his room there were no Premium rooms so he had to book standard The bed etc was comfy but he missed have fridge and separate shower He had an issue after having a bath whe. The plug was stuck in plug hole - we reported this to reception at 9am and when we returned at 5pm the issue has not been resolved He eventually managed (by using 2 teaspoons) to free the plug but no one from hotel came to fix it We will visit again (got 2 more visits booked) but were disappointed by lack of assistance this time
