Buenas instalaciones,fantástica cena y desayuno (menos el café que era malo) Pedí cama doble y en ambas habitaciones nos dieron 2 individuales…. Limpieza mal,me encontré una cucaracha en la habitación y a las 10 am abrió la puerta la limpiadora dando un golpe en ambas habitaciones sin dar tiempo de avisar que estábamos dentro. Inadmisible eso

My holiday has been amazing and the room and pools and staff are amazing all of them but two bartenders were so kind Alex and Javier were the kindest both amazing. when we went ( October 8 2024) it was way too busy not their fault 5 stars amazing yay

A family of adults on a seven night all inclusive. Good value, offered an opportunity for parents to have a 2 room and grown up children to have a 3 bed room. A positive as no single occupancy surcharge. Nothing that was utterly wrong, but on reflection a good number of niggles and question the four star status because of these. Rooms: Lacked spare pillow, even basic motel type chains have in room spares. Tea making facilities, no milk, no coffee, not replenished. Great shower, poor toilet roll - thin. Fridge in room. Thin walls, kids playing hide and seek at 2 in the morning. Clear noises from other rooms. Oddly the 3 person room gets free towels, slippers, robe for spa, yet at same cost 2 person room doesn't. Cleaned and tidied daily, although not sure on frequency of bed cover changes as set with dirty mark was on bed for most of week long stay. Spa: If can call it that. Suspect how gets a 4 star rating by calling a heated pool with a few bubbles a spa. Jacuzzi in pool, 2 people and full. 2 cascade drenchers on timer, one person each. Small steam and dry heat rooms. Swim caps mandatory, can buy them if not brought one with but not that on a previous stay at 4 star Best hotel down road given these for free. Due to lack of swim hat, we were removed from the pool. Lockers a farce as have to create a unique code, but this doesn't work to unlock so had to seek help. Told to go back and enter 1234. Can now open all lockers. A good idea that children only allowed in until 1:00, as allows for a more relaxed use of facilities and use as a spa (if we’d had hats) Pools: Plenty of sun loungers around Adults Only pool. Nice touch to have this area. Lots of grass and trees for shade with its own bar. This pool has some bubble zones. Kids and snack bar across the river in another complex. Bit of a division for those wanting snacks around main pools in main complex as if encamped in adult pool, have to leave the hotel area, go across the river and enter another complex to get a snack. Snacks themselves seemed reasonable. Self service drinks at snack bar, including cocktails (from machine and poor) and milkshakes (from machine that dispensed water instead - part of issue, no one on top of restocking in bar or at meal services). Pools not heated, but this is not unusual for the location. Food: Ok, good range, tasteless and cold and this is where the hotel seems to let itself down. Mash potato available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lunch has a salad offer very much the same every day. Also had different hot food items each day (and mash). Serving station far too small. One unit with all main dishes (12 or so) to service 100s of diners. Likes of sides such as creamed sliced potatoes are in the same size dish as mains. - mash placed elsewhere, Such dishes run out quickly. 20 mains to chose from, one portion of potato accompaniment. Runs out 20 times quicker! Pudding fairly standard each night and lunch. Ice cream on same stat

We are quite well travelled as a family but this one is hard to beat. The food was fantastic, even for a fussy eater. Was always the typical kid food at snacks.. nuggets, pizza etc. Cava included on all inc.. pina colada was yummy. The hotel is so clean, welcoming and friendly. The bar team and team at splash park are so lovely. We all hugged on our last night. We actually booked to go back same time next year while we was still there. We would recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants a nice peaceful relaxing family holiday. Some of the shows were fab, some not but we enjoyed anyway and had a giggle and few drinks. The views are absolutely amazing. If I could of stayed forever I would. Pap at the splash park is so lovely. Can't wait to see him again. Aleandro, Hector all the bar staff. First of I'll start by saying the hotel itself is a beautiful looking resort and it's kept very clean and tidy. The hotel rooms itself are a decent sized and equipped with the things you'd expect and also have a good modern interior design. The food was some of the best IV had at a buffet style resort. I find that usually foods at a buffet tend to be bland, basic and "safe" but this hotel actually some spices and various flavours going on which was super exciting to see. They also offered "clean" single ingredient foods for those who have sensitive stomachs or strict diets and lots of deserts to choose from. Me and my family did tend to find the attitudes of SOME of the dining staffs to be abit hit or miss especially with ONE in particular who was very rude... Now for the issue. Unless you're going in the summer time I personally wouldn't bother coming here outside of that season with family because there simply isn't enough for the kids to do. All the outdoor pools are abandoned due to the cold weather so EVERYONE fights for the ONE indoor pool which may I add is only available for kids to use from 10am till 1pm!!!!!!!! After that it becomes a "adult only pool" which is empty half the time anyway so it's a complete waste of opportunity. We had our kids basically begging to use the indoor pool which was empty but was told no because it was outside of the kids time, it was 3pm at the time......... The hotel offers some kind of nursery-like play room for kids but opening times are silly and the sessions are led by people that just about speak any English??!!! The entertainment was alright, a steady 5-6/10 but the "Games Room" is on its last legs, everything in there is either broken, filthy or ancient. The gym is doable for those wanting to still keep a "pump" in their muscles but don't expect anything better than your local 1st world gym. As I said before, if i was to return it would definitely be during the peak of the summer season, that way would could get more use out of the kids outdoor pool etc.
