This review details a nightmarish stay at a hotel booked through *******. The experience was so bad, it ruined my entire long weekend getaway. Here's a breakdown of the issues: Rude Reception: Upon arrival, the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. Missing Amenities: This supposedly "four-star" hotel had no beach towels available, which is a basic expectation. Unclean Room: The room was dirty upon check-in, with unclean bedding and ants on the floor. Even no locker available Expedia's Useless Customer Service: After contacting ******* regarding these issues, I spent a frustrating three hours getting nowhere. They couldn't reach the hotel or resolve the problems. Beach Woes: The beach, advertised as relaxing, was overcrowded with vendors and had no available seating despite having umbrellas. Overrated Hotel: This hotel honestly deserves a zero star rating, not four. The only positive aspect was the decent lunch and dinner options, but everything else was a huge disappointment. Unprofessional and Unhelpful: Having to spend my entire vacation contacting ******* for solutions was unprofessional on both the hotel's and Expedia's part. Avoid This Hotel and *******! This is my second terrible experience with *******. Their customer service is subpar, and I will never use them again. Please consider this review a warning to potential customers. Look elsewhere for a relaxing holiday!
