Spent a night here recently and had a really great stay. The hotel itself is really nice and decorated really well. Room was an average size but perfect for a family and had everything you need. The pool area is really nice and the animation team are really good keep things fun and lively. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and was really good with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff, nice clean pool and great food! Beach access at back of hotel. Room was a sea view. Nice, clean and comfortable. In room amenities include hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, shoe shine, comb, complimentary travel tissues.

This review details a nightmarish stay at a hotel booked through *******. The experience was so bad, it ruined my entire long weekend getaway. Here's a breakdown of the issues: Rude Reception: Upon arrival, the receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly. Missing Amenities: This supposedly "four-star" hotel had no beach towels available, which is a basic expectation. Unclean Room: The room was dirty upon check-in, with unclean bedding and ants on the floor. Even no locker available Expedia's Useless Customer Service: After contacting ******* regarding these issues, I spent a frustrating three hours getting nowhere. They couldn't reach the hotel or resolve the problems. Beach Woes: The beach, advertised as relaxing, was overcrowded with vendors and had no available seating despite having umbrellas. Overrated Hotel: This hotel honestly deserves a zero star rating, not four. The only positive aspect was the decent lunch and dinner options, but everything else was a huge disappointment. Unprofessional and Unhelpful: Having to spend my entire vacation contacting ******* for solutions was unprofessional on both the hotel's and Expedia's part. Avoid This Hotel and *******! This is my second terrible experience with *******. Their customer service is subpar, and I will never use them again. Please consider this review a warning to potential customers. Look elsewhere for a relaxing holiday!

4.5/5 stars- excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent amenities, the location was perfect, was surprised to see there was an on-wall shower dispenser filled completely with shower gel inside the shower and one near the sink with hand gel. Breakfast was great there was a huge variety of different foods, even when it was peak time at the pool there was still an abundance of free chairs and parasols available. It was clean, polite cleaners came everyday and redid the entire room including sheets but the only downside was the noise, when you are in your room you can hear the adjourning rooms and EVERYTHING outside in the hallways which wasn’t good at 730am lol. WiFi worked all the time with zero issues. If I ever come back to Salou this is the only hotel I intend on staying in. Good job Hotel Augustus 👏🏾

This was our second visit to Hotel Augustus this year , I must say I enjoyed my first visit in May 2024 , our second visit was in october 2024, we went for dinner most nights at the hotel food was good, but very long ques to get into the restaurant ,also upon our arrival the man at reception was not very welcoming , we asked if we could get a room facing the sea, he didnt even make eye contat and just said yes you have pool view, our room was 376 which was very small corner size balcony . We didnt get any sleep for the 7 nights we were there as the entertainment at night was extremely loud . It is a nice Hotel in a very good location, but just the noise at night and maybe friendlier staff .

Wow what a fabulous hotel clean tidy very professionally run. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Room with a view is what we had 114. Pool guard only doing his job as so many people put towels on beds and go away for hours. Beach only across the road lovely walks up and down the promenade great entertainment by night and quiet after midnight. We had room only as it’s nice to try the local restaurants. ( we even booked a massage in our room which was a nice touch to be able to relax on balcony after) can’t wait to book again for next year xx
