非常好吃的酒店🏨晚飯和早餐都很好吃😋很衞生設施也保養的很好。值得再來

Our stay was for one night and was very comfortable and worth the money. Restaurant was great for breakfast and we had a meal in the evening and that was good as well. Easy access to and from the A14. I just had a bit of a problem with the WiFi, but overall, we would stay again and would recommend it.

Absolutely awful night. The mattresses were rock solid. Would have had a better sleep on the floor. The breakfast was barely cooked and the room was really smelly. Even my 5 year old couldn’t get comfy on the beds. My poor 8 week old had to sleep in his pram and the travel cot provided was not save for sleep at all!

Excellent experience. I was familiar with Premier Inn in London but the helpfulness of the staff at Cambridge A14 J32 impressed me. I had an unrefurbished room because there were none available but following a cancellation Miss Rachel assigned it to me. The whole team is kind and cooperative. Premier Inn will always be my hotel because of the good price and the kindness of the staff

Went to the Thyme restaurant with my 2 Coeliac daughters ( 9 yrs and 12 yrs) Ordered 2 x GF burgers from the Non-Gluten containing food menu, discussed the need for GF food and discussed how food would be preped in regards to cross contamination to make sure I was happy they could cater for them. Waited 1 hour 20 mins for food and when it arrived, I check it was GF. Was told that they had run out of GF burger buns so chef had used normal wheat and gluten containing burger buns! Daughters left very upset, angry and hungry! They would have been seriously unwell if I hadnt double checked. The level of incompetence regarding allergies and serious medical conditions was shocking. Extremely disappointed and let down by Premier Inn.

I went to the hotel for a meal only, I was served by Ada who was brilliant, quick to serve me, explained the menu, asked for my drink order. Once I ordered, Ada checked that everything was ok with my food and asked if needed anything else. I was very impressed with the service I received. After my meal and paid, I was offered to be able to use the bar, this was a nice touch and it didn’t feel that the staff wanted to rush me out the door again.

Stopped off at this hotel travelling north from Lindon We were two couples Really good facilities, clean and good restaurant on site but what made it extra special was the staff. They never seemed to stop and were all polite, especially Sreemon!

We had a fantastic time! With helpful and really nice customer service! Our server Sree always had a smile on his face, and that’s really nice. Food was nice and hot and cooked to perfection! Me and my partner had a great experience all round!!

Excellent stay. Alice on reception on arrival was fantastic. Gave great ideas what to do in Cambridge in the evening. Saw Alice again in the restaurant for breakfast, asked about allergies what was great as you don’t often get asked for breakfast. She was fantastic at maintaining of the run of the restaurant. 5⭐️ thanks to her
