Premier Inn Camborne

Jess on the front desk was fantastic really bubbly also your house keeping team were amazing room was very very clean but your internet was terrible I reported this to a male member of staff at reception and was informed either purchase ultimate internet or call the internet company myself and I thought I was a paying guest so why should I chase the internet company

Absolutely Amazing premier inn! I stay down here alot for work and am always happy when they book me at this specific premier inn, Jess and Shane were on reception, they are so welcoming, friendly, courteous and are happy to help you with any queries you may have. As always rooms are lovely and spacious, signal and Internet worked without any issue and the room was immaculate.

I travelled down as a surprise for a couple of birthday gatherings and thought i'd stay here as a fair central point. The place was not somewhere I would ever stay again. I wasn't actually going to review it but after having some wonderful stays elsewhere - I feel others should know to maybe look elsewhere in my opinion. The room was not the best smelling but the bed looked clean so we stayed. 300 miles from home so - kinda had to. We literally used this aa a place to get our heads down - we had to shower at my mums as there was no hot water on 2 of the days and we were met with vacant looks when we enquired about this at reception. After a couple of days, we wanted to eat at the restaurant it is associated with - after the reception not being able to direct us anywhere that may serve gluten free (They even tried telling me a pasta place was gluten free because it wasn't bread!) They were 2/3's empty and we were refused entry and they were full??? When we have made comments regarding the issues when leaving, we were just told "Oh Dear, not so good for you then!" Save you pennies and go elsewhere.

Great price, comfy bed, warm room, clean en-suite and nice size free view tv. I felt safe here, the staff are very friendly and the food and drinks are amazing. I’ve stayed here before and I’ll definitely be staying again. There’s also tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Best premier inn so far Marc and Wendy in reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our double room was very good.the food was nice and service was prompt and friendly. The hotel is located close to our destination. Easy to find good parking. We will be back

Excellent stay. Staff were very helpful. Lizzie and Jess couldn’t have been more helpful. Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was great. Room was very tidy and clean. It’s very close to the main roads so the location is ideal. I can’t recommend highly enough
