Above Casoli (2.5 km) 8.5 km from the centre of Camaiore, 19 km from the centre of Viareggio, 44 km from the centre of Pisa, on a slope, 17 km from the sea, 17 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: terraced garden, 2 ha (not fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. 700 m long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 2.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Viareggio" 19 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 17 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 21 km, Forte dei Marmi 25 km, Lucca 42 km, Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) 88 km, Firenze 131 km, Carrara cave Fantiscritti 64 km. When we arrived the fridge wasn't cooling enough. We informed the landlady. A new fridge was installed the next day. Thank you for the fast reaction. The house and grounds are highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and tranquility.

Das Haus ist toll gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein recht großes Stück Liegewiese mit einem herrlichen Rundum Panorama. Wir waren mittlerweile 5 mal dort und jedes mal absolut zufrieden. Unsere 3 Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.
