Incredible property
The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in rincon. About a 5-10 min drive to the center. The listing is honest and everything we wanted. 4 min walk to the beach- had beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, cool ac. The only difficulty was finding the place. The address that VRBO has, doesn’t take you to the property. However, we contacted the host, and he graciously led us to his home. It was late at night and he stayed on the phone with us until we walked through the front door. What an incredible and caring host. We will absolutely be back.

Great Getaway
We enjoyed our 3 week stay. The cottage kitchen had everything we needed and we used the grill on the patio. The bedroom and bathroom were roomy and comfortable. Easy access to all the beach fun in town. We appreciate having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Was a great getaway.

We enjoyed our stay…..
House was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. Place was clean, we had beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bag and extra beach towels. We didn’t use it, but there was washer/dryer and a small inflatable hot tub.
At first we were not sure of the neighborhood, but found it to be and feel very safe. Puerto Rico has had some very trying times and the island shows it. However we found everyone to be friendly and inviting and we never felt not safe. We would certainly stay here again and suggest you do too.

Great Property!
We absolutely loved the place. So many small details and personal touches. The unit was fully furnished with every thing required for a wonderful beach vacation. We would stay here again!

Very comfortable home
Very neat, clean home. Comfortable bed! Plenty of space as well and close to everything. Enjoyed our time very much and hated to leave.

Last year in my 30’s
OMG I loved loved my stay here!! Ernie’s place looked just like the photos! It was clean and cozy! Ernie is the best, answered all my questions and Evan offer to have some snacks and waters at the house before my arrival! It was my bday trip TSA took my small bottle of champagne and i asked Ernie if he could get me a small bottle and he did ,plus a birthday balloon!! Like how sweet! The location is perfect, a 10-15 drive into the cute city of Rincon! I would for say rent a car because taxi and Uber are non existent!
But the house has EVERYTHING you will need! I will for sure be booking again ❤️

Stay at Casa Chencho
We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was so spacious, comfortable and cute and had everything we needed and more. It was a quick drive to down and a quick walk to the beaches. Very relaxing. Looking forward to coming back soon :)
