Camping Sol de Calpe Austral - Caravan Park

Anna on reception was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The pitches are large and toilets clean and modern. Walking distance to bars and beach. Lidl 200 metres away and Mercat Supermarket. Always stay when in Calpe.

This site was absolutely perfect really friendly helpful staff amazing location and excellent facilities would definitely stay here again! We had a few issues with our motorhome being the first time but the reception staff were happy to come and assist and even offered to translate if we had anymore issues fantastic!

Much to expensive for facilities Manageress very rude and aggressive and unhelpful when complained about the Wi-Fi said they were having work done which I don’t believe as a lot of other people were complaining as well There is also a lot of building work going on around the campsite being woken up at 7:30 they have sold off part of the site for more building work so will not be returning ever again.

Visited for a few days in February, the pitches are a good size, site is immaculately clean. Showers are clean, but water pressure is really low and the temperatures flit from hot to cold whilst you’re standing there. Staff are very friendly and helpful

We have stayed here 3 or 4 Times whilst touring Spain this May to July and I can say it is one of the Best campsites we have stayed on the Southeastern Coast of Spain, it is very reasonably priced the location is Superb, very Clean and Tidy and The Staff on Reception are Great and very helpful We will Definitely be back again very soon hopefully

We have stayed on this site quite a few times and really liked it, but this years stay was not good. There were two high rise apartment buildings being constructed right next to the site and another one just across the road just being started and was at ground level. The site is also in very close proximity to a fairground. We cut our stay short as the noise of hammering, drilling, loud music, shouting etc just got too much. Whilst we were there they shut the pool for 10 days and areas were cordoned off. Also quite a few of the parasols in the sunbathing area were broken and ripped. The showers are too small, but we were aware of this and they required a bit of t l c. I would say the bar area is very pleasant and the price of beer, wine etc was good and the staff very pleasant, The site charges are reasonable. The site is only a few minutes walk to the beach. There is a supermarket across the road so very easy to shop for food. I felt quite disappointed and sad with this year’s stay. Calpe is a place we love so we would definitely go back but find an alternative site.
