Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa

The overall service is good, except the waiters in the restaurant would never provide for the things u ask, e.g tomato sauce, ice, an additional plate,etc. For the half board, the restaurant will change the menu everyday n u can choose 1 starter, 1 main course , 1 dessert amongst the 2 or 3 choices. The room is very spacious n clean, comfy bed but the layout is no good. It is strange to have the bed in the middle of the room with the bath tub, wash basin n toilet surrounding the bed. But the cpu value is high compared with lots of other hotels in Mauritius. The room with jacuzzi is recommended

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Sea Diamond. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious with lovely furnishings. The bar and restaurant were excellent, every member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I apologise too many names to remember but thanks to Aman and Ashvind for your assistance with wine choice, great cocktails and your helpful advice during our stay. I can’t speak highly enough of the extremely hard working staff in the restaurant. The food mostly a la carte rather than buffet was amazing ! Presentation and flavours of every meal was excellent. Thanks to Sandy and the ladies in the spa for great treatments. Reception and management team were very helpful and engaged with guests regularly. The boat trip from the hotel to Flat Island was a great day I would recommend. Apologies again I can’t remember everyone’s names but you are a great team, keep up the great work you do!

Kudos to the Team at Sea diamond for making our stay memorable and extra special. We had stayed to celebrate our marriage anniversary & they ensured it was beyond our expectations. Everything at this hotel was about excellent guest experiences & services. We’ve never felt so valued, welcomed and warm. All the staff greeted us and all other guests with a smile when they walk by you, and overall do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. There are plenty of scenic views to make the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories and sea diamond was just that for us. The rooms are generously spacious, neat, well maintained and equipped with all the amenities of high quality. It is unfair to mention only specific names, however apologies for not able to remember all the names that made our stay worthwhile. Most friendly and helpful front office staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel lead by Leckraj & Rheckib. Porter was extremely courteous and gracious. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. F&B team ably led by Fabrice was noteworthy with genuine service to each guests at the restaurants, Bar & Beach. The food was fabulous lead by Chef Hashim and team with amazing presentation. Boathouse team were courteous enough to cater to all our possible requests and go out of the way to ensure we could experience the available services. Last but not the least, management team of Vishal, Azagen ensured their presence and interacted with all the guests which speaks highly of the guest engagement. Keep up the amazing work. We highly recommend to experience the serene, wonderful hospitality by the team members of Sea Diamond. Thank you once again..!!!!!
