Magic Garden House is located on the edge of Parque San Antonio, which is a vibrant meeting place for locals of all ages. And yet quiet after midnight. The young couple who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful garden terrace with a view of the city. A pleasant common area. It offers a healthy and varied breakfast with several choices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Two old lazy backpackers from Holland Kees & Henny

A great place to rest, surrounded by nature in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts are amazing and I felt at home, I had a wonderful rest and delicious food. I definitely recommend this wonderful oasis in the middle of the city. A great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay ; it is very nicely decorated and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very elegant, It is ideally located in San Antonio. The owner has Colombian kindness which goes from the heart. we hope we can come back soon ! I recommend 300% ! We had to wait one hour for a taxi and the owner helped us a lot and was happy to get to know us.

Possibly the coolest hotel in the world. Definitely the best hotel in Cali. There is literally no end to the depth of wonder to be found at this homestead-come-boutique hotel experience, in the nicest area of town, with the very best people, the coolest breezes in an otherwise diagonally sweaty city, the best views, and outstanding food, service, amenities.

Fantastic garden type accommodation in the best area of Cali. Excellent communication and local tips for navigating the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen/patio gathering area and the great breakfast. Cali had a lot to offer and we walked everywhere, even at night. We followed advice to leave personal items which could attract a problem while city adventuring. We experienced 100% friendly locals. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend this quaint spot.

Everything about the "Magic Garden House" is truly amazing: the atmosphere, the location, the services, the amenities, but what makes it truly unique is the staff and the hosts. They will do anything possible to make your stay an unforgettable experience. The MAgic Garden House is a reason to visit Cali.

If we share how much we love this place it will be harder to get in when we want to return! Magic House feels like our home away from home when in Cali. The staff is welcoming and the area is safe. Great breakfast, beautiful view and areas to relax. It is walkable to all the areas we have wanted to visit, but be ready for steep hills. Easy to hike up to Tres Cruces from there. (We are in our 60s and walk from there to the historic part of Cali, the central market, the stadium, artisan market.) Lots of restaurants, not just on the same street...go around the corners too. Parking may be a problem unless you arrange with the hosts. San Antonio, the park nearby, has an amazing amphitheater where local artists perform programs from music to magic shows. If you are an early to bed person you may need ear plugs although the programs end at 10pm.

The Family Inn was next to plenty of restaurants and across the street from a beautiful park with families at night. The Inn was decorated with a feeling of being at home. Everything was super clean. Beautiful view from the terrace. Breakfast was plentiful, tasteful and individually prepared. The staff were friendly and informative about the area. We felt safe. I would highly recommend.

A magical and beautiful place to stay. Our hosts were kind, attentive, and created a relaxing environment. The views are amazing, and there are lots of trees, palms, and flowers around the house. Inside was quiet and peaceful, even with restaurants and a festival going on outside. Location is perfect to see a historic part of Cali with lots of shops and restaurants (and La Linterna, a historic printing studio with funky posters). Thank you to our hosts!
