The hotel is very comfortable, with the swimming pools, shops, garden with different plants. The breakfast was rich with a great assortment of products.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday! The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused. We will definitely be back here. WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

The Elba Castillo San Jorge is absolutely beautiful. The architecture, the facilities, the location but most of all the staff!!! Everyone made us feel welcome, so friendly & always smiling despite the hours they work. Special thank you again to mention but a few, Emma, Patricia & Hassan always had a laugh with these guys, Patricia for her patience with our novice attempts at Spanish & ordering pequeño gins . The room we had was once again fabulous. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the beach. There are bars and shops of plenty & a lovely walk along the promenade to the harbour- feed the Chipmunks on the way. We will be returning again. We fell in love with this place & hotel in March this year & couldn't wait to return. Thank you to everyone at Elba Castillo San Jorge for another fabulous holiday!!

This hotel is fabulous despite all the crap reviews… The food is lovely better than some 4star hotels I have been to… the beds are so comfy I didn’t want to get out of it lol…!rooms are very spacious… the staff are very friendly and helpful… the only gripe I have is the San Jorge pool is bloody freezing… cudnt even have a good swim… the kids pool as I called it was busy so you cudnt even sit on side of pool

Great stay. Great atmosphere. Staff in the restaurant delicious and fresh and the staff very friendly. It is a pleasure to come for meals. Hotel very clean, comfortable and functional. I recommend with a clear conscience. Everything was great.

Arrived at the massive Elba Castillo San Jorge and Antigua after a pleasant flight with Tui. We checked in quickly and were told which room we were in. After our last unhappy experience at Puerto Caleta in February, we were wary of what we would be given BUT our fears were a distant memory when we stepped in the large room. The floors are white tiled and clean, and the beds are large and super comfortable. The bathroom has a shower attachment which has good pressure. The hotel provides round the clock entertainment for adults and kids or you can just lounge around a choice of two pool areas with kiddies pools too! Went half board and was not disappointed with the variety of food on offer. The buffet food was also kept hot! I would definitely recommend and would book again.

Quick and easy check in. Got to our 2 bedroom apartment to be greeted by fantastic sea view. Good rooms/beds . The lounge could maybe do with an extra comfy seat. Restaurant was clean and food was plentyfull. Always found something nice every day. Drinks were strong and lemon beer was very refreshing. Entertainment was OK some nights and good the others. Swimming pool at snack bar was OK to swim in but jesus wept the other one baltic . I went in once and quickly. Couple of small negatives which we reported. Room bedding not changed the whole week. We got towels and loo roll OK. The toilets at snack bar on occasions had no toilet roll in ladies toilet and constantly had water on floor. I understand people walk in to toilets from pool wet but no attempt was made to dry floor. Saying that we hope to go back in February 2026. So the positives far outweigh couple of negatives.

Hotel and food was great. We had a sea view double room. our Room was huge and very clean, couldn’t fault the housekeeping, our lady was very efficient. The room had first day only complimentary tea/coffee tray, shame it’s not replenished, even if you get your own top up tea, coffee and milk from reception for a morning or last drink at night. We read that hotel needed updating, maybe some of the furniture had a few knocks but wouldn’t mark it down for that. Hotels are very used so have to expect wear and tear. The pools had plenty of loungers and lots of space to relax away from the pool if you want quiet time. The areas around the pool and sun terraces could do with regular cleaning as there was litter, cigarette ends and discarded drink glasses left for a few days without being collected. Unfortunately this is due to guests causing these areas to be untidy but maybe an extra member of staff checking would make these areas spotless. The food was lovely. We were all inclusive and had no complaints about any of the food areas. The main restaurant had plenty of choices at all dining times and the food was continually being refreshed and topped up right up to closing. The dining room was again very clean and the staff were hot on cleaning constantly. Fresh food and drink was available all day. Our electric tripped out once whilst we were there, called reception and a maintenance man was with us within 10 mins and reset the electric box, again prompt service. Lovely evening walk to the town and beach a few minutes away. We have been to this resort many times but first time to this hotel. Couldn’t fault this hotel and as this was our first visit we will definitely be visiting again in the future. Well done to the hard working staff.

Absolutely lovely room with a fantastic view. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only stayed one night but I'm confident that I will be returning for an extended stay. Breakfast had a variety of choices and was all freshly cooked. Although I didn't use the pool it looked very inviting plenty of sunbeds around it. Nice area of the resort.

Have just returned from another amazing stay at our favourite hotel. From the minute you walk into reception until you leave the hotel you are greeted by great staff. Too many to mention by name but fair to say each and every member of the various teams go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. My wife and I have been visiting this hotel for many years and have made great friends with the staff, however we brought our sister-in-law, this time for her first visit. The staff greeted her with the same friendship as if she was a regular visitor. She absolutely adored the hotel. We had a great sea view room which looked as if it had recently been refurbished, great outlook, great beds, immaculate sheets, cleaned every day. Towels frequently changed. Can't fault the cleaning team in anyway. Food excellent and varied, with something for everyone even the most fussy of eaters. Pool area cleaned every morning and maintenance teams always on hand to ensure standards are kept high. Too many staff to thank for their hard work but rest assured you will be well looked after. Thanks to everyone for looking after us. This is why we return regularly, as do many other quests. Really looking forward to our next visit, which will be very soon. Thank you everyone.

First time here and we will certainly be back The rooms are very spacious and clean There were plenty of sunbeds and rekon there will he in the sumer too The food was lovely and plenty of choice It's in a great location too We had a sea view room and the sunrise was amazing

My wife and I have just returned from our 13th annual holiday here and we’re glad we chose it again !! After a slight problem following our first night Nara stepped in (like the star she is ⭐) and sorted it out for us helping us to enjoy our holiday to the max! Thank you Unfortunately our silver wedding anniversary wasn’t celebrated by the hotel despite emailing before hand. Previous years have seen a bottle in our room for our January wedding anniversary but as the hotel becomes more and more popular due to word of mouth and it going up the tripadvisor rankings maybe loyalty isn’t quite as important We thoroughly enjoyed our stay anyway and we’ll be back next year. Worth noting by management please : We did observe a member of reception staff unwilling to help a family with a poorly autistic child on our arrival 11th Jan, white girl, slim, late 20’s, we were quite disgusted by this. A few days later the same girl refused to change my €20 to 4x€5 notes so I could hand out some tips. She’ll say she didn’t have any €5s but she didn’t look and immediately said no … I think she thought I was trying to offload a fake note !! Not a good representation of our most recommended/visited hotel
