I stayed at the hotel with my daughter for 7 days, and I have to share my concerns about our experience in this hot. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel, I found it quite challenging due to the constant presence of school groups. :( there were hundreds of students, making it difficult for us to enjoy the amenities that we had hoped to use place felt more suitable for very young children, as there wasn't much available for my 9 year-old, and the entertainment options seemed limited. I noticed the staff appeared quite stressed or simply not attentive, which made the atmosphere less welcoming. Although the food looked appealing, unfortunately, it didn't taste as good as we expected they serve salad that was good I faced some issues with the service. When I asked to have my phone battery charged, I was disappointed that it wasn't brought to my room or that I wasn't reminded about it.I simply left my external battery there in morning rush. Staff don't take care of you. When arranging for a taxi to the airport, I was charged 150 euros, but upon checking the actual distance, it should have cost less than 50 euros.The hotel called the taxi company. Overall, my experience was not what I had hoped for, and I truly wish it had been better, especially since it was a special trip with my daughter….Also, I found the hotel to be quite a long walk from the beach added to our challenges during our stay.The rooms are so loud impossible to sleep and if that wasn't enough I wasn't given the top floor to walk with my daughter. There's no lift after third floor. They twist their policies depending on the guests as I saw some people having early dinner or given drinks with their meal which is not fair. We recently stayed at this hotel for our family holiday and I couldn't recommend it enough. All the staff were amazing and kind and truly so helpful to my family catering to all our needs . From organising a night out in a nearby restaurant for a celebration to accommodating our needs on a daily they were absolutely amazing !!!! Food and service at the poolside bar was wonderful and the entertainment is second to none , it made our days and nights really really enjoyable with laugh out loud moments and a truly enjoyable experience . So many happy memories made here , it really was an unforgettable experience so much so we've already booked for next year.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as a family of 9. The location of the hotel from the airport was excellent. The hotel is minutes from the beach and the train station. All the staff were really welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our rooms were clean, fresh towels every day. We stayed full board, excellent choice of food, something for everyone, the staff in the restaurant were efficient, friendly and very helpful, the Mexican night was a great addition. Not one item of cutlery or tableware was dirty which is a massive plus. The staff behind the bar were really lovely. The splash pool was great for our little ones and the water polo was great for the big kids. The entertainment catered for everyone. All in all a fantastic family holiday and one to recommend. Thank you to everyone at GHT.

Food was greasy, oily and salty and other flavours. There are not enough plug sockets in the room. The air conditioning unit was broken. The shower was broken. The toilet didn't flush properly. The toilet facilities next to the pool are unacceptable: one cubicle out of service and the other had a broken lock. Urinals are filthy.

Food was oily, greasy and too salty. The air con didn't work. The toilet didn't flush, there aren't enough plug sockets in the room, the cleaning staff removed 2 towels and didn't replace them so I had to ask for more at the reception, the shower unit was broken, the toilets next to the pool were broken too. The only good thing was Amnacio the entertainment guy.
