1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience* "I recently had the misfortune of staying at sai sharan guest house and was appalled by the subpar service and unacceptable conditions. Major issues: 1. Non-functional AC, WiFi, and TV 2. Unresponsive and unhelpful staff 3. Unhygienic environment (dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas) The lack of basic amenities and poor maintenance made my stay unbearable. The staff's indifference to our concerns added to the frustration. *Rating Breakdown:* - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Comfort: 1/5 - Service: 1/5 - Amenities: 1/5 - Value: 1/5 *Suggestions for Improvement:* 1. Ensure AC, WiFi, and TV are functioning properly 2. Train staff to be responsive and courteous 3. Prioritize cleanliness and hygiene 4. Maintain rooms and common areas regularly *Warning to Potential Guests:* Avoid this guest house until significant improvements are made.
