Clarion Hotel Ocean Palms Goa

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived we have been treated like family. The rooms are spotless with great amenities. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, and you are truly treated to a personal and individual experience. We were on an all inclusive package which was great as the food was fabulous - also the local red and white wine is lovely. As we sit having lunch waiting for our transport to the airport we are truly sad to be leaving people who have welcomed us into their hearts and we will definitely be leaving a part of our heart here.

Great location, in walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The hotel had a nice pool area. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, had good air-conditioning, and a great shower. The breakfast room could get quite busy, and while the options didn't change much, the Indian food was delicious. There is entertainment every night, which seemed pretty loud/lively, but we tended to stay out till after it was finished (10pm) so cannot comment on its quality.

We stayed for 2 weeks in a Superior double room. We had a smallish balcony with a nice side pool view. The room had everything you require including complimentary tea, coffee,water and toiletries. The double bed was huge and comfortable providing an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was aimed slightly more to Indian cuisine which is to be expected but it was still possible to get a substantial breakfast with a live egg station,toast ,sausages,beans fresh fruit and smoothie shakes,not to mention the delicious cakes. Location is great. Gym basic but usable. The stand out thing for us was the beautiful, smiley, friendly staff who made our stay so welcoming. Thank You Ocean Palms for an unforgettable holiday. I Stayed in ocean palms from 20th Feb to 23rd Feb. My overall stay experience was bad , in comparison of my earlier stay in other hotels in Goa and i will definitely not go to this hotel again. I will just list out the points which ruined my experience. Room service is only available till 10:00 PM in this hotel, goa being a party capital , we are not expected to eat sleep by 09:30, why we need to go to goa for that, i tried to order something by 11:00 and room service was closed and I had to go out again to have some food, which was really worst experience, room service should be 24X7 in 4 start hotel, if not at least till 12:00 AM , they should have room service , with some fixed eatable item, not maggi, which they recommended. Swimming pool was very small given their no of rooms in property and when we went to use swimming pool, most of the time, all the pool side bed was full, and we have to return. Air conditioner was almost non functional , and there was no use of it, it was just like fan they do not provide room sleeper or even mirror in the room for premium room, which was again big spoiler for me, not sure how other guest manage, but, i am not supposed to carry sleeper after paying 7k per night for room no comb , no tongue cleaner in dental kit, even normal hotels have these things in room. least but not last is the food was worst, we tried chicken chilly, which was somehow manageable but chicken biryani was , worse biryani, we ever had after paying 800 approx. on top of that they have different rate for room service and restaurent , I was not sure, why rate would be different in same property for room service and restaurent. Overall, the hotel did good job of ruining our GOA experience , courtesy to their paid review, but i will say to others, if you want to make your vacation any better , stay away from ocean palms Location was good-- that is only good thing for which i gave one star

It's a nice resort We are here for the mice event. We have booked 50 rooms for our team and guests . Well managed services food and ambience. Rooms are very neat and clean . Breakfast is lavish, Our guests reviews for the selection of this property are very positive.

Not a great experience, superior rooms are very poorly maintained and stink, air conditions are out dated and didnt even work , despite multiple calls early checkin was only provided on extra charges which is fine but at least they need to make sure basic amenities are working when the guests arrive at 5am, later we were upgraded to a premium room where coincidentally again the AC didn’t work, and later we were shifted to a different room. But the weird thing is there are very basic amenities missing in the premium rooms- a mirror isnt there in the room and you always have to use the bathroom mirrors. Stuffs seem very untrained baring one or two. Overall wasn’t a great experience
