never visit the hotel.. I booked premium room for 4 nights . When I reached hotel they said there is no premium room vacant right now you have to take another room. And gave me studio room . Room was very dirty . Pillow bed sheet every thing was dirty and bed full of bed bugs. We didn’t sleep the whole night. Next day they gave premium room . Rooms was good but the same problem bed full of bed bugs .. not only we but many people faced the same problem

No check in. Inform for date modification on 20/02/25. No response by them. And in-last they say, we follow our policy.

Very sad to say but its not as per the expectations. Not premium rooms. Common area canteen washroom are very dirty not at all maintained. Rooms are also not premium. All appliances are also not up to the mark not able to see ac is on or off. Very low lights to get light in room need to open certains. Washrooms is too poor bicket and all are like public toilets. Lift is very slow and no backup available if light is gone no use of lift. Hotel needs to renovate. Brekfast are also average is also average. And last you will get good 3stat hotel in same price.

Nice budget friendly hotel. Amenities were good. Staff was supportive, courteous and services good. We booked approx 25 rooms as we went for reunion. Room had a balcony also which enhanced the stay quality. Overall very good experience. Food quality can be better.

I recently visited GOA and stayed at Sun Kissed Premium Resort by WSI. Below are my experiences during the stay. Pros: 1. Location is superb, you can find multiple restaurants with multiple cuisines within 3-4 KM distance, even some Best Pure Veg restaurants. 2. Staff is co-operative. 3. The room is good, with a range of 3200-3500 Rs/night with breakfast; above that, it is not worth it. 4. You can order food from any Food delivery app and have it delivered to your room, although you need to take it to the gate from the Delivery boy. Cons: 1. Avoid having food within the resort as it is much more expensive and not good in taste compared with nearby several restaurants 2. There is one guy (Mohammed Azad AKA Johny) sitting on the premises of the resort offering some water activity, Cruise Dinner etc. Don't take any service from him, he's a fraud, will tell you a nice story, and once you pay you will 100% regret

Location of hotal is good. We take only breakfast in our 3 days stay which was good. But amenities and services of the hotal is very poor. First they allot a room different then i booked where ☎️ and 📺 and light of corridor was not working. On Complaint they all

Not good service place needs some maintenance the rooms are not same as the photos the stay is not that satisfying the service is slow

At reception, i provided mine and my spouse's driving license as id. They took it for scanning and didn't return back and even we forgot to ask. We checked out on 27th jean and came back to home town without getting our driving license. Now since last 4 days i am following up for getting it courier to my hometown address.
