According to the finding updated , the room was cleaned in your presence on the 10th January however as you were scheduled to checkout on 11th January , we did not offer room cleaning service on the day of departure. It’s reassuring to know it was resolved after escalation, but we agree that it should have been accurate from the start. Regarding the taxi situation, we understand your frustration.
