Neelams the Grand Hotel

Worst experience ever, hotel not maintained well no proper house keeping linens stained first before checkin we had a bad experience rude staff except Neha Natalia a and nayan and Shayam were really good…over crowded … horrible breakfast… no Goan standard not worth spending that money in such property … swimming pool was always full of men changing clothes in the open spitting neat the pool… over all I would not rate them even one star hotel… also they take pic of you adhar card and the barcode also which is not safe pls be careful no

Wonderful hotel at all…amazing nd peaceful atmosphere of hotel… rooms are too clean with all acessories..all staff were friendly and helpful….. food of hotel also good…………… housekeeping staff were gentle in nature…. would definetly stay again👍👍

Our friend booked this hotel for a group of 7. We had an issue with thebrooks on arrival, 2 deluxe rooms with balcony or terrace. No balcony or terrace. The 3rd room was a family room for 3 adults. This had a double bed, and a fold down sofa bed. Rooms were sorted over the next 2 days, and from then on, our stay was really good. Breakfast was OK, mainly indian food, with the options for us being Omelette, fried eggs, toast, limited cereal & fruit, that was fine. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful at all times. We often ate in the area outside by the pool, from the menu, and all food was really good and tasty. Food and drink at hotel was cheap enough. Good central locations, if thsts what you want. We got taxis /tuk tuls to Calangute & Baga beach, which between party of 4 & 3 were cheap. Not many sunbeds if you want to be around the pool, but we always managed to get some if we were staying on site. Room was clean and functional and cleaned daily. The hotel holds functions, conferences for business etc, but this did not really impact us at all, except that there were sometimes large groups around the reception areas. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at Neelams.
