The staff are lovely and helpful. The food is cheap and cheerful but ok. Evening entertainment is not very good at all and a bit of a disappointment. Hotel is located within easy distance of the promenade and beach. Third time I have stayed here.

We stayed for one week and had a lovely time. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and the food and drinks all fine. It’s in a great location and I highly recommend it. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Cheap and cheerful just as we expected! Ideal place to get our heads down to sleep, sunbathe during the day and head out into the town most nights. So many negative reviews on this place but I don’t know what people expect for the price they pay? Stayed as a couple for a week, food was fine not much choice but we went out for a few meals in Cala Millor. Very short walk to the stunning beach and shops. Feel sorry for the entertainer guy as it’s just him and he’s trying his best, would definitely not recommend this hotel for families as there is no kids entertainment. Rooms are a little tired but again how much time do you actually spend in there, air con worked perfectly. Staff were friendly overall and all work very hard. Be downstairs at 8:30am if you want a sun-bed (which is much better compared to some hotels which is like 6am) wasn’t a big rush at all, take €1 for a plastic cup which I think is a great idea as it stops people leaving empty cups all over the place. I’d recommend a private transfer as by the time everyone got on our transfer we were on the bus for over 2 hours and the last stop. Pool is small lovely and refreshing, but was never too overcrowded and perfect for cooling off then sunbathing. My only negative is people do put their towels down then go off out for the day which considering the amount of sunbeds I think staff should remove as it’s not fair on people who are sat on chairs waiting, if you’re fussy then pay more money and stay at a better hotel but if you’re fussy then want a small hotel close to the beach and to explore the island this is ideal

After seeing this hotel online I thought it would be the perfect summer break for my family, for all the features, especially for children, it advertises...... Well we have have just come back from this hotel and it is absolutely disgusting, whoever writes a review about this place saying it's nice must be getting paid by bluesea, we went all inclusive for a week and spent over 500 euros on eating out, the food is terrible, either undercooked or brought back out from the previous sitting (the same rice was brought out for dinner that was brought out for lunch and I don't mean the same selection, I mean the same exact rice!) The Ice cream machine was open for breakfast then closed for lunch?? They did sell ice creams conveniently, but then they only had one choice out of a selection of ten?? All inclusive drinks was a selection of five cheap spirits, one choice of beer and soft/hot drinks! Named spirits, cocktails etc you had to pay for?? The sun beds, only forty beds for a two hundred plus capacity hotel and some of them were broke?? had a one hour towel rule apparently but towels were left all day and nothing was done about it. The pictures they show of kids games room, playground etc are either broke or non existent (there is no playground) equipment is in a state of non repair or missing, pool balls or ping pong balls, bats over the wall. The planters are full of dead grass and cigarette butts. There is no kids entertainment team and as for the "entertainment" one guy with a laptop and speaker playing songs off YouTube whilst "high" and asking for drinks and cigarettes is not entertaining. Our room was full of ants and cleaned sporadically, I did it myself more than the staff. The lifeguard for the pool was more interested in his phone and other guest literally had to pull a man from the water when he passed out. Book this place if you wish, but don't believe the good reviews it's terrible and nothing like the pictures, save your money and go anywhere else!

strongly advise against booking this hotel. The experience was awful from start to finish. The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the bed sheets were stained and clearly not properly cleaned. It was shocking and unacceptable to find such poor hygiene standards in a place that is supposed to welcome guests. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they behaved as if guests were a burden. Any request was either ignored or met with a bad attitude. Their lack of hospitality and basic manners completely ruined the stay. This hotel is far below even the minimum standards. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, dirty bed linen, and staff with no respect for customers. Definitely not a place to relax or enjoy a holiday. LoveHolidays should seriously reconsider recommending this property. We have just returned from a week here and heard a lot of people saying “I now know why I book 5 star” The fact is they didn’t, they booked a 3 star and that’s exactly what you get. For our holiday we wanted a pool to cool down in the heat, food and booze on tap and somewhere situated well for going into Cala Millor and again that’s exactly what we got and all for a very fair price. The food was average at best but changed every meal time and if you’re not going into the meal expecting for it to be posh or Michelin star then mixed with the drinks available on the all inclusive package I don’t really see how you can be dissatisfied for what you’ve paid. The €1 to get a plastic cup for your drinks could be annoying if you didn’t read the reviews and advice about this but then is that your fault or the hotels? I actually think it’s a really good idea as it’s reduces mess around the pool and means the staff can concentrate on their job of making drinks rather than having to go and tidy up after you if you can’t be bothered to take your cup back each time. The hotel is really well situated for walking into Cala Millor and Cala Bona which I highly recommend. The poolside entertainment is done by a lovely bloke who you have to feel sorry for he tries his best with little equipment and little engagement from the guests who then ruin things such as the table tennis paddles on day one of them putting out new ones and then moan about it being broken or substandard. Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place for a family as your kids may get board but there was families with kids there who had a good time all in all for just me and my wife who were looking for a chill out holiday it was ideal overall if you match your expectations to the price. The rooms again were basic and a little tired but again perfectly adequate for somewhere to lay your head at night with a fine sized balcony to sit if that’s your thing
