Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Can Suarez". In the centre of Cala Mendia, Portocristo. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2.5 km from the edge of the forest, 650 m from the sea, 650 m from the beach. For shared use: large garden with plants, swimming pool angular (13 x 5 m, depth 100 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: small, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking space n 5.2 (limited number of spaces) at the house on the premises, public car park, public parking on the road. Supermarket 260 m, restaurant 270 m, bar, bakery, pub garden 280 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Cala Mendia" 800 m, railway station "Manacor" 17 km, sandy beach "Cala Mendia y Cala Anguila" 700 m, rocky beach "Cala Murta" 3.5 km. Sports harbour 3.8 km, marina 3.8 km, golf course (18 hole) 17 km, tennis 4.5 km, riding stable 1.3 km, walking paths from the house 2 km, cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Portocristo-Manacor-Son Servera-Felanitx, Coves Del Drach Portocristo 2.9 km, Palma City 66 km, Cala Romantica,Cala Varques,Cala Millor, Rafa Nadal Academy & Museum Manacor 12 km. The table on the terrace wobbles so much that when you cut the bread, you spill all the drinks in the glasses and cups! Despite reporting, nothing was done.

We enjoyed the apartment and pool. In September, it was quiet & relaxing. We felt very safe. It's advisable to have a car to travel around. Porto Cristo is just a few km away. The taxi from the airport is more than a car rental. The apartment is well equi
