Just got back from our stay at this hotel. Rooms are not cleaned for days especially the bathroom and toilet. Maids are not friendly and don't clean properly. Ants in every room crawling on beds and up walls. So bad looked for a brush and shovel to sweep up our selves. The shower was dirty with black marks under hand rail and drain where the water runs down. Food was okay but beware of the flies crawling on everything. Calla llonga town is lovely and bus stop not far to visit other towns. Bar staff very friendly restaurant staff friendly. No good for people with disabilities to many steps and a very steep hill to go up and down. The rooms are in need if a good clean and refurbished. Would not go back.

The hotel was lovely me my mother and my mothers partner went for 5 days. The rooms were clean but very empty but it was okay if you were only in there to sleep and get change the food was nice enough only thing that i say was a downer was the flies around the pool and the canteen and also the ants, i had ants in my room which i did report. But other than that the staff were friendly only thing i would say they need some more entertainment around the pool during the day as all the entertainment was in the night! But other than that i had a lovely time and would definitely go again!

Had a really lovely time here. Quite impressed for a 2** resort. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and even I managed to find something good on the menu daily (fussy eater). Not alot of entertainment,but it's end of season and most people just wanted to chill in the bar.. The location itself is beautiful and peaceful. Not far to wander to the beach/shops...we did get taxis back because that hill is a killer! But it was roughly 5 euros so not the end of the world. We will deffo be back and hoping to bring family next time x

Nothing to complain about. We went self catering as we like to eat out. Bar prices in the pool bar are very reasonable. Great location and kept us fit as it’s built on a hill side. We hired a car and went to the next resort up which is called Santa Eulària and it is beautiful. Cala Llonga is a nice resort too and fairly quiet (not the normal young crowd go there). Book with confidence

A last minute booking exceeded my expectations! Beautiful tranquil setting on a steep hill with views. It has lots of steps to the rooms which for me on the upper levels was a struggle in the heat/luggage but a great daily workout! Our room was spacious with a large balcony. Hotel has a large pool and plenty sun beds. Food buffet had plenty of variety and always topped up. The hotel staff are great, a special thanks go to Franklin, Jesus, Anakke and the two young girls in the dining area (Ana) who go above and beyond to make you feel at home and are always happy to help. The pool bar staff are also very good. The hotel is about 10 min downhill walk to the beach and a steep walk back! Glad I went half board as everything is at the bottom of the hill/beach. The beach has a ferry to other beaches inc Ibiza town and Formentera island! The beach itself is fabulous. I had the most relaxing week here listening to cicadas and friendly hotel atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, friendly and happy to help. We went self catering however all inclusive is available. We got given a room in M7 which was very high up the hill and was small, but we got moved on day 3 to a much nicer room in C Block. Rooms need more maintenance however good experience and a nice break. Cala Llonga is a beautiful place. Thank you to the lady receptionist, great customer service!
