I stayed here with my wife last June for a cheap week away. Firstly the staff are lovely and work really hard and make you feel welcome. The food is fine, plenty of options, fresh salad bar and fruit and bakery items along with chefs that cook fresh meats. The pool area is good, little hotel bar, plenty of sunbeds and a big pool, no issues at all. The guest areas in the hotel are clean and well kept. The location is about a 5 min - 10 min walk to the beach depending on how quick you walk, its a bit of a hill but nothing major and certainly not as dramatic as previous reviews suggest. The negatives with the hotel, the rooms , we stayed in one of the better all inclusive rooms, we did have a good suntrap for the afternoon sun BUT the rooms need upgrading, they appear about 20 years old, smell quite dank and the aircon does not work properly, I think our room was cleaned once in a week. The rooms simply aren't at the standard as the rest of the hotel and i get you don't spend loads of time in your room but still they are sub par. I would return to hotel if the rooms did get an upgrade. One other thing, it's a lottery where you're put in the hotel, we stayed in the furthest block on the complex which takes about 5 mins from pool to the top of a mountain of stairs, don't forget anything in your room or you'll be spending another 10 mins to get back to the pool.

Just got back from our stay at this hotel. Rooms are not cleaned for days especially the bathroom and toilet. Maids are not friendly and don't clean properly. Ants in every room crawling on beds and up walls. So bad looked for a brush and shovel to sweep up our selves. The shower was dirty with black marks under hand rail and drain where the water runs down. Food was okay but beware of the flies crawling on everything. Calla llonga town is lovely and bus stop not far to visit other towns. Bar staff very friendly restaurant staff friendly. No good for people with disabilities to many steps and a very steep hill to go up and down. The rooms are in need if a good clean and refurbished. Would not go back.

The hotel was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The staff were very informative and advised us on everything we needed to know. The pool area and bar was great, easy to access and clean. Plenty of seats at the pool bar and beds to sunbathe. The food was great with plenty of options to choose from daily. If you fancy a change the main beach front is 10min walk away. The rooms were clean but very basic. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was ideal to sleep and get changed. The entertainment was ok but if you are looking for very lively it did really have that vibe. If you like to adventure out there is a ferry that takes you to other ports or a taxi is easily accessible. Some rooms are up on a hill (100+) so if you find that difficult I would recommend advising the hotel at booking. The rooms could do with a mini fridge to keep water cold, especially if high up because the last this you want to do is walk down those steps again.

Had a really lovely time here. Quite impressed for a 2** resort. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and even I managed to find something good on the menu daily (fussy eater). Not alot of entertainment,but it's end of season and most people just wanted to chill in the bar.. The location itself is beautiful and peaceful. Not far to wander to the beach/shops...we did get taxis back because that hill is a killer! But it was roughly 5 euros so not the end of the world. We will deffo be back and hoping to bring family next time x

Don't listen to the bad reviews, we've just got back from a week's holiday. The food was great, lots of choice and really lovely. I don't eat meat and I have fussy teenagers who ate well. Lovely pool, apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would go back. The only negatives I have were that certain things aren't included with AI such as slushes, ice creams and some cocktails. They also banned floaties from the pool. I found the reception team really kind and they went above and beyond. There is lots going on during the day, but not a lot in the evening.

A last minute booking exceeded my expectations! Beautiful tranquil setting on a steep hill with views. It has lots of steps to the rooms which for me on the upper levels was a struggle in the heat/luggage but a great daily workout! Our room was spacious with a large balcony. Hotel has a large pool and plenty sun beds. Food buffet had plenty of variety and always topped up. The hotel staff are great, a special thanks go to Franklin, Jesus, Anakke and the two young girls in the dining area (Ana) who go above and beyond to make you feel at home and are always happy to help. The pool bar staff are also very good. The hotel is about 10 min downhill walk to the beach and a steep walk back! Glad I went half board as everything is at the bottom of the hill/beach. The beach has a ferry to other beaches inc Ibiza town and Formentera island! The beach itself is fabulous. I had the most relaxing week here listening to cicadas and friendly hotel atmosphere.
