接待我們的女士（我猜是老闆娘）非常不友好，因為訂酒店的時候忘記選有孩子，到店她一臉不願意的説你們是三個人 我説我訂酒店是沒有注意這個問題必須填有孩子，我們可以和孩子share一張床並且加錢給她，我已經説了可以付孩子的錢給她，她依然一臉不願意拉拉個臉嘟嘟囔囔説of coure you can share one bed with your kid…我就問她所以怎樣才能入住，她收了我135歐元，在班裡的過程中一直拉拉個臉嘟嘟囔囔，然後扭臉兒旁邊有個外國人問她問題她扭臉就是笑臉相迎。我懷疑她對中國人有偏見，一晚3000人民幣，服務態度為零，拉拉個臉全程。退房時候我問她回機場的大巴在哪裡坐（從鎮上出發回olbja的大巴就那一輛，每天4班車），她竟然説不知道真是絕了，你一個開旅店的你不知道這麼重要的旅行訊息，不知道就不知道吧，還嘟嘟囔囔地説一共就倆車站…退房後我們在海灘又溜達了一會兒，看到有酒店名稱的躺椅和遮陽傘做了一會，她來説你要坐這裏的話需要預訂，並特意強調了你現在可以繼續坐但是you need to pay，我表示我馬上就要離開calagone了，她依然拉拉個臉，站那盯着我們，那表情充滿歧視。所以我不知道遮陽傘是對所有住店客人都收費還是怎樣。總之非常不愉快的體驗，建議攜程把這家店從中國官網撤銷掉吧。

Despite this hotel being very small it offers every comfort to guests and provides a restful and enjoyable stay. The position is perfect. Far enough from the centre of town for it not to be noisy but near enough to walk there comfortably. The food is exceptional. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner. Our junior suite was pretty and spacious and well appointed. Even the hair dryer was fantastic. The sound of the waves lapping on the shore in the morning was wonderful. The staff in the hotel can’t do enough to please you and are professional and caring. I would love to return here one day.

We stayed here for 12 days( 4 still to go🥲) the hotel is 90 mins away from the airport. I had tried to email the hotel before hand about a shuttle service but never had a reply. ( wish I had cancelled at this point) the hotel looks lovely from the outside. The man that checked us in was very friendly. Showed us to our room. Lots of space in the room and storage. Big bed with good linen. Air conditioning is very old and noisy and keeps going off in the night. We couldn’t use the safe and were told it was broken so for the two weeks we have to carry a master key round with us. They don’t tell you there is beach towels at reception we found this out by accident. It’s a shared terrace which is a pain I managed to find a bed but every time some one wants to walk past to another room we had to get up to move the bed to let them pass. We found the staff unhelpful and totally unfriendly. I have stayed in hotel all over the world and never experienced this attitude of you are doing us a favour being here not the other way round. Breakfast has an egg station serving eggs and continental breakfast ( that’s if he is there to do your eggs) we were on a trip and asked if we could have a glass of water and piece of bread before we left. We were told this was possible by reception. Went down this morning. 5 staff setting up, but no it was not possible to even have a glass of water. Terrible when you have already paid. I have stayed in hotels where they have sent you off with a pack up breakfast but not here. When we explained we had been given the go ahead. The staff just started speaking Italian and made it clear we could have nothing. If you are on half bored. You are given the menu of three things to choose in the morning. But don’t expect to sit at a sea view table no you are pushed to the back. Even when you ask you are told no. The food is very good I have no complaints there. Room service sometimes our glasses were washed other times not. Sometime we were left shower get sometimes not. Would I recommend absolutely not. Would I come again absolutely not. When you have saved all year for a 4 star experience and don’t get it. Maybe management get your staff to start treating guests like they are import and rather than a nusence being there. Sadly I still have 4 days left. It is across the road from the beach. Tip bring water shoes as it is pebbly

We had an excellent stay in this family run business w amazing staff. The kindness and generosity was a constant. Location , location, location! The breakfast was fabulous only to be outdone by the on site restaurant....thanx so much for the hospitality !

We stayed ten days in this charming hotel near the sea. The food there is amazingly good and we tasted some excellent local wines which were recommended by the staff. The staff is extremely friendly, always trying to help on all requests we had, especially Angela, "primus inter pares", who organized also a lovely day trip for us.

We felt in love with this hotel by the moment we arrived. We were a bit hesitant to book this hotel given the bad reviews, but I believe hotel has been renovated when the bad reviews were given or we stayed in the right room (sea view suite). The hotel is located in a perfect place, by the ocean, at the end of the beach of fala gonone. Parking is not free, however it’s only 6 euros a day, and due to the perfect location of the hotel, we didn’t use our car once during our 5 days stay. Room was spacious, fully renovated, with flat screen, AC, minibar, toiletries and a wonderful view. Bed was comfy and bed sheet were nice and new ( I’m quite picky with bed sheets). Breakfast was amazing, really out of this world, omelete was the best I’ve ever had, always at least two options of fruits, plenty of high quality cold cuts, fresh yogurt, cereals and freshly baked breads. Service was really good as well. They did offer the cruise done by the hotel but we decided to rent our own gomone (boat) which we truly recommend. We used different companies as there was not a lot of availability, but the company and boats we found best was Box n 4. The restaurant of the hotel was excellent was well - seafood linguine was exquisite and fredola too. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Cala Gonone.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel with its friendly staff. Good breakfast, including an excellent omelette. Great location. The aircon in one of the rooms was noisy, the other one could have been more efficient.

The location is fantastic right on the waterfront and the hotel itself a gem with lovely gardens and clean comfortabe rooms. Super friendly and flexible staff: we were travelling with a friend and our dog and arrived too late for lunch but they put together a lovely vegan snack for us with bruschetta and olives chips etc. and Puppy was welcome everwhere. The Chef is really creative and outdid himslef making us 2 delicious vegan dinners ( 3 courses). They have their own organic olive oil and wine and plus they didn't neglect us at breakfast: They made sure we had Vegan croissants and soy milk for our coffees. Highly recommend staying here!

Our motorcycle tour group came here for two nights - hotel is in a good location, with good food and service . Room and public areas were good. Probably closer to three star than the claimed four. WiFi was slow and suffered dropouts.

Located at the end of the stretch of restaurants opposite a beach the hotel is situated in the right location for a long stay. This place would be excellent for all seasons. The entry way and stone work is exquisite. A feeling of old world meets new. The common spaces are cozy and welcoming. The outdoor terrace is a perfect location for warm weather dining which the hotel appreciatively offers. The interior sports a bar which feels distinctly old school Italy. You can picture the guests from bygone eras. We booked a room with an ocean view. It was 3 flights up through various outdoor stair cases. There is no elevator so plan to carry your luggage or request some one bring it up. We had a small balcony with french doors that opened to a stunning sea view. The sound of the ocean could be heard from the room. A slight breeze drifted in at night. We loved sleeping with the doors open. The location is pretty ideal. The parking beside the hotel services many visiting the area. You can park in the blue and pay (6€/day at this time) or just above the blue zones there’s around 6 spots with while outlines. These are free. We moved our car at 7am are earned a free parking day. You can walk along the coast and select a restaurant for a meal or drink. The harbor is close where you can rent a boat, water taxi, or tour the local beaches. We had a few minor issues worth noting. The WiFi was not great. It would connect and disconnect frequently. The signal was just not strong enough in the room. We also caused our own problem with mosquitos. While it’s great to have windows and doors open expect to be eaten by silent mosquitos. We did leave behind some carnage as we killed the army of blood suckers.

Nous donnons un avis sur le restaurant : dîner ce soir réservation faite hier Installés en terrasse , arrivés à 20h. Commande 3 entrées et 3 plats Le service n’est pas des plus souriant mais nous espérons néanmoins passer un bon moment car la terrasse est agréable et le clapotis des vagues aussi. Il est 21h15 et nous attendons le plat. Il fait frais et demandons à dîner à l’intérieur. Une dame nous propose des couvertures ce que nous acceptons avec bonheur. Enfin les plats sont servis et là : le bœuf, les poissons et garnitures sont froids!!! Décidément ! C’en est trop! Le serveur ne s’est aperçu de rien, nous signalons donc notre mécontentement. Il est étonné, c’est froid, ah bon! Les assiettes retournées en cuisine, reviennent enfin chaudes mais avec la garniture en moindre quantité, sans doute rétrécies au réchauffage! c’en est trop, ça suffit, nous prendrons le dessert ailleurs. Un geste commercial ? aucun. Que s’est t’il passé : cuisine? Service? Commande ? Nous n’en saurons rien. Bref pas terrible.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante ieri con amici e bambini, pensando di fare un pranzo tranquillo. Abbiamo ordinato quattro semplici paste in bianco per i piccoli e qualche piatto da condividere tra adulti. Una scelta modesta, certo, ma evidentemente troppo scandalosa per il nostro cameriere, che ha ben pensato di lamentarsene con i colleghi… a voce abbastanza alta senza notare che in quel momento stavo portando mia figlia alla toilette e ho sentito tutto. Forse ci siamo persi il cartello all’ingresso con scritto “si servono solo tavoli da minimo tre portate a testa”? O magari abbiamo offeso la sensibilità gastronomica del personale con la nostra “umile” ordinazione? La prossima volta sceglieremo un posto dove contano più i clienti che i commenti fuori luogo del personale

Abgesehen davon dass wir ganz Sardinien überbewertet finden, hat es uns hier - bis auf die Lage gar nicht gefallen. Das Hotel ist alt, verwinkelt mit winzigen Zimmern - wir haben uns Balkon gewünscht, auch der war mini klein. Es hat auch unangenehm gerochen. Das Personal war meistens freundlich, guter Service sieht aber anders aus. Ab 23.30 sollte man nichts mehr zu trinken wollen. Das es ein eigenes Boot gibt mag sein, aber niemanden der es betreibt? Also Achtung nicht darauf verlassen was auf der Webseite steht. Frühstück geht so. Wir würden nicht mehr hier wohnen!
