Travelled with my partner and his friend and stayed in junior suite. The location and views are absolutely stunning. Even better, no kids! Not an overly busy hotel. Food a bit hit and miss but expected at any all inclusive hotel. Second time me and my partner have stayed and will not be the last!

I really was torn in booking this place. The price was crazy good but what was the catch? Location is fantastic. The property without looking closely appears like a high end resort. The problem for me was the room. Mold in the interior covering the walls, bathroom and the paint was bubbling. The smell of mold was strong - this could be fixed by weather proofing the sliding doors. Housekeeping does a fantastic job but they do not have the tools to fix this issue (entire staff is lovely!). I also purchased the half board and it was inedible. I stuck to bread, cheese desserts and juice. If you are on a tight budget and NEED a getaway this is the place for you. The price point is a deal but there are plenty of other places with amazing scenery and no mold and decent food. I rather pay up! Globales during the off season needs to address this problem.

We loved the place, great location, great food and friendly service. This is one of the places you can really relax, no children around making noise. Service is excellent from all the teams; reception, buffet, cleaners, everyone very friendly and helpful. Already missing our staying and hope to be back soon.

The only thing that cannot be faulted is the location, the hotel overlooks a lovely beach, right on the water. Everything else was incredibly average/poor. Our room was small, a bit damp, and overlooked a car park, the amenities in the room were lacking - for example we were provided with a robe which was missing the tie, no slippers or toiletry products. The food was terrible, so despite paying for all inclusive we ate out for most meals. The ceiling was leaking in multiple spots throughout the hotel, so buckets of water everywhere which wasn’t very nice. Nothing to write home about, wouldn’t return.

Good clean hotel, if you want a relaxing holiday this is the place. Just look out for water leaks as the plumbing could do with some updates.

It was a very successful stay. Two people in our group had birthdays and received wine as a gift from the hotel - that was very nice. Perfect place for a lazy vacation. I would gladly return.

Just back from an amazing week at this hotel wow where do we start, 1stly the hotel looks amazing so modern. On arrival at check-in we wer greated by the most friendliest receptionist ever then handed a glass of champagne each wow. Went to our rooms and amazed by the size and space inside then out to our Seaview balcony OMG the views were breathtaking see pics. Next to all staff from cleaners to barstaff to catering staff so friendly and so helpful rooms cleaned every day clean towels every day we went all inclusive food was amazing plenty to choose from and drink flowed as many times you wanted it entertainment was brilliant every night I'd rate this place 10/10. But anyone looking a lively place to go to this isn't the place not many bars or restaurants but we were looking a quite holiday to recharge our batteries and this was the place for us thank you for a great week away can't wait to book and see you again xx

A gem of a hotel in an idyllic setting. Staff were friendly and room better than expected. Quiet location with a lovely view of the bay from the terrace, plenty of sunbeds to go round.

Beautiful hotel, very clean at all times, however, it would have been helpful to know upon arrival that if we chose to have lunch rather than evening meal, we needed to have notification from reception to show this upon arrival at the restaurant. Also tea, coffee and milk was not replenished during our stay so we were advised by the reception team to get what we needed from the restaurant when we visited. The air conditioning wasn't very efficient (plus it was noisy to leave on during the night) which lead to having to keep the patio door ajar during the night to keep the room temperature cool. The survey given by the company following our stay didn't allow for these comments to be added upon completion.
