Excellent hotel. Central location for restaurants and beach. Pool is small but my 9yr old loved it. Especially the chocolate party. Room was cleaned every day and hotel and grounds were also spotless. Staff really friendly too. Going back💋

7 nights at prinsotel Alba and every Day they make you feel special. This was our first family holiday, many thanks to the reception team for making my son's birthday, a special mention to Juanma for surprising my son. The entertainment is amazing, also the show of the 3 acrobatic Boys, i have nevera sean anything so amazing. We will be back soon to relax again.

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and very close to us and we are very grateful for the service. Good food, good music by the pool, just enough entertainment to keep you from getting bored. The facilities were very clean and it was a 10/10. We will definitely repeat another year.

We had a pleasant surprise with this hotel, good location, near to the beach, the town is a few minutes walking and there is also a Spa with a heated pool and sauna, the perfect combination to create an atmosphere of relaxation, I highly recommend. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

This year marked our second delightful stay at Prinsotel Alba & Spa in the picturesque Cala D'Or, Mallorca, following a memorable two-week vacation last year with my family. Our experiences both times have only deepened our affection for this charming resort, compelling us to extend our stay to three weeks this year. Prinsotel Alba is notably family-friendly, but it equally offers a serene escape for couples. The hotel's proximity to the beach—just a three-minute walk—is perfect for anyone eager to jump straight into vacation mode. The resort itself is enveloped in lush greenery and vibrant flowers, creating a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. One of the hotel's standout features is its swimming facilities. There is a large, deep pool with a designated shallow area for children, allowing peace of mind for parents while the little ones splash around. Additionally, there are two smaller pools, safe and shallow, perfect for younger children, where adults can relax nearby without worry. This year, the kid's club was exceptionally good. The team was enthusiastic and motivated, crafting daily attractions that my three-year-old daughter absolutely loved. The evening entertainment included engaging activities for kids and various shows that captivated the whole family. The culinary offerings at Prinsotel Alba are exceptional, with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes and maintains a high standard of quality. Our room was spacious, clean, and conveniently included a kitchen, which was particularly beneficial for family dining. The hotel’s location is ideally quiet yet surrounded by ample amenities. The nearby beach is small but beautiful, with shallow waters that are safe for children. For those interested in exploring, there are three additional beaches within easy reach, each offering its own unique charm. The area is rich with dining options, shops, two large supermarkets, and cafes, yet it remains clean and peaceful. Evening fun for children is just a short walk away with two funfairs located 10 and 15 minutes from the hotel. Our connection to the locale has grown stronger with each visit, discovering new and wonderful places around Cala D'Or, a convenient base for exploring Mallorca’s attractions, including the bustling city of Palma, just an hour away. The staff's hospitality, especially from Kiko, the attentive manager who makes an effort to interact with all guests, and Claudia, who was incredibly helpful in recommending local sights and shopping spots, made our stay exceptionally pleasant.
