Aparthotel Ferrer Lime Isabel

We stayed here for 5 nights and it isn’t what it advertised at all. There is no food served at the pool bar as stated on the website, the staff are rude both on reception, pool bar and in the restaurant. We stayed here half board as we were told you could buy food at the pool bar but this isn’t the case, there are no facilities in your room either to make any food, this includes hot and cold food. The food served in the restaurant is average with very little choice, the same things are often repeated every night. The hotel is also advertised as having a park with swings and a sun shade, this is also not the case. It has a single very steep slide, no sun shade and is incredibly run down. They also advertised a kids club and mini disco which never happened, therefore no entertainment for my little boy. All in all this has been a poor stay and I would not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here last week. It’s a lovely, clean & quiet hotel. Beds were comfy and pillows were just right for me. Cleaners would come daily & make/change beds and give clean towels. The food every day was fresh and always something different, good selection of foods so catered for everyone. The pool bar food was also refreshed often. Reception staff were great, any problems and they would sort it within minutes. The staff were fantastic with our children but they took a particular liking to Jessica from the bar- she was fantastic and kept our youngest entertained most evenings! As far as it goes though- I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for people with small children who like to be entertained and busy! Apart from the pool, there wasn’t much else for our 6 & 2 year old children to do. There was no entertainment for them, no mini disco like the page states & no day time activities for them. Evening entertainment never started before 9:15pm and by then our children were getting tired. I don’t like to complain because we had a nice time regardless but I think it’s more suited for older couples, young couples or just anyone without small children!

Really great hotel. Exceptionally clean and the rooms are good sizes. We had a great view of the pool, mountains and could see the sea aswell. The food choices and quality was excellent - definitely something for everyone to enjoy. The all inc. drinks were great too. The staff were all very polite and hard working. The entertainment choice could be better, but was OK most evenings. The Freddie Mercury tribute act was our favourite whilst we were there as he was hilarious and got everybody singing. David Nicholls (I think that was his name) who sung and played guitar was also very good. The swimming pool isn't the biggest and there's not much shallow area, but we enjoyed it and was great for cooling off and bobbing about on an inflatable. Plenty of sunbeds available and no early morning scrambling for the best ones. Hotel was very laid back and didn't even mind towels being left on the beds overnight, as there were quite a few who did this. The hotel's in a good position and is only a 10 minute walk in to Cala Bona with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. My only criticism that I can think of is the comfort of the sofa bed that me and my husband slept on while our sons had the twin beds. I've never slept in a creakier bed and the mattress is really thin so you can feel the frame through it. However, that didn't stop us having a wonderful 10 days at the hotel which all my family thoroughly enjoyed.

WENT HERE WITH MY SON, DOUGHTER -IN-LAW AND 3 GRAND CHILDREN.VERY NICE HOTEL.WE HAD 2 FAMILY ROOMS.THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AS WHERE BOTH THE ROOMS ,ALSO THE ROOMS ARE QUITE SPACOUS WITH PLENTY OF STORAGE.THE STAFF ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE.WITH NOTHING BEING TOO MUCH TROUBLE .THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT.AS WAS THE STAFF. THE IS A LITTLE SNACK STATION NEAR THE POOL FOR ALL INCLUSIVE WHICH WAS REFRESHED FREQUENTLY. THEY HAVE A MINI CLUB WHICH MY 8 YEAR OLD GRAND SON LOVED.ALSO ENTERTAINMENT ON DURING THE DAY AND NIGHT.WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED THE HOLIDAY AND THE HOTEL WAS GREAT AS WHERE ALL THE STAFF.ONLY ONE GRIPE WAS THE POOL WAS QUITE DEEP.WILL DEFINATLY CONSIDER GOING AGAIN.

We had a pleasant stay at Ferrer Lime Isabel, a smaller hotel tucked away at the far end of the resort area, ideal if you’re after a quieter base but still want access to the action. There are plenty of sunbeds, though they’re packed quite closely together. The parasols are fixed in place, which makes chasing shade a bit of a challenge as the sun moves. The food was generally enjoyable, fresh and well-stocked, though the selection did start to feel a little repetitive after a few days. Still, it was perfectly adequate for us. The swimming pool is surprisingly deep and inflatables are allowed, which we personally enjoyed, though it might not be everyone’s cup of tea if you prefer a more tranquil swim. The hotel’s location offers a lovely seafront walk to Cala Bona and neighbouring Cala Millor. It’s scenic, peaceful, and a great way to explore the area without needing transport. There’s a handy little supermarket just across the road in the hotel opposite, perfect for grabbing essentials or snacks without venturing far. WiFi was excellent throughout the hotel, fast and reliable. The rooms themselves were spacious and the air conditioning was impressively powerful, which made a big difference during the hotter days. All the staff were brilliant, consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Evening entertainment was provided daily, adding a nice touch to wind down after dinner. The hotel offers a shuttle (mini) bus to the beach, but it can get quite busy. A better option is the public bus that stops just outside the hotel. It’s regular, reliable and super easy to use, just tap your card or phone for each member of your group when boarding, and once again when you get off. It’s also a great way to reach the Friday market at Son Servera.
