Globales Cala Bona

We have just spent a week at the Globales Cala Bona and have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All the staff are friendly,courteous and work hard to make your stay enjoyable. We chose the all inclusive package. Meals were served in the light & airy restaurant which offered a variety of food options to suit most palettes. The Suit Terrace we had been allocated was huge. It included a separate lounge area large terrace with a whirlpool,day bed & sun loungers. Dressing gowns & slippers plus the replenishment of the mini fridge with soft drinks & fresh fruit delivered every day was much appreciated too. There was entertainment provided in the lounge area on several nights and there is a indoor pool sauna & steam room downstairs. All in all the Hotel is a marvelous choice to enjoy all that the beautiful resort of Cala Bona has to offer

We have just returned from a great trip to Mallorca staying at the Globales Suites in Cala Bona. We were so happy with our choice of hotel. The whole place is spotlessly clean and everyone is super friendly. The reception staff were thoughtful, approachable, warm and English speaking (luckily as our Spanish is lacking). The hotel rooms were basic but clean and bright with modern decor. The buffet food was good quality and included lots of fresh options. The breakfast was repetitive (but included everything you’d expect at a buffet) but lunches and dinner were always varied. Plenty of high chairs, amazing wait staff that were always happy and helpful even with two messy toddlers and a baby in our group causing chaos each day. We really appreciated the snack bar which was available everyday and was a huge hit with the kids. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive option. We would definitely return to this hotel. The only negatives we could possibly think of are that even though we were all inclusive, the rooms only included two bottles of water at the start of the stay (not replenished) and the mini fridge was empty and didn’t work. We had to remember to fill all of our water bottles using the water dispensers downstairs or buy water for over night. Also, the pool was too cold for our little ones (and us). We did go in April so was half expecting this however it really was freezing. Under 16s are not allowed in the indoor heated pool so we didn’t use either of the pools at all unfortunately. Cala Bona itself is a great town and is a short walk along the seafront from Cala Millor where there are lots of bars, shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend the area for families as it is very buggy friendly. All in all a great trip!

Long story cut short, Hotel Globales Cala Bona is the best one in this area at price/value option! I’ve stayed for the second time here, one in septemer, now at the beginning of october! Have a try, and you won’t be disappointed at all with the place/service and of course the sunshine! And before you leave the hotel remember my words! Cheers

We arrived home yesterday after spending a very nice 4 nights at Cala Bona suites. This hotel is spotless and the staff are ALL friendly, everyone said hello/morning/hola/buenos dias etc. A special mention to Lorraine(who was working on her 60th birthday). The pool area is very nice,with plenty of sunbeds and a covered area near the snack bar and restaurant. We were half board and we found the food varied and tasty( proper sausages at breakfast and lovely soup at dinner). We enjoyed the indoor pool area which also had a Turkish bath and a sauna(ask reception to turn these on). Our room had everything needed for our stay: The bathroom had a large shower with toiletries. The bedroom had plenty of wardrobe space,within which there was a safe and fridge. The bed was comfortable and very big. The tv above the desk had BBC News and some other British channels. The balcony was large and had a table and chairs. The lounge room had a comfortable sofa,chairs and table and a tv ( we didn't use the lounge but it was nice). The beach and promenade are 2/3 minutes walk from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Cala Bona suites and reiterate how clean it was and how friendly all the staff were. Thank you! NB. We would return if the hotel was adults only, that is just our personal choice.

First time staying at the hotel vey clean cleaners excellent nothing to much trouble for them. Room very nice next to the pool. I would like to thank the lady can't remember her name who organised my husband crutches for him as he was struggling to get around. Breakfast was good but not evening meal not enough choice and not always warm. Reception ladies were fabulous helpfull Manuel wat can i say he is the most funny genuine guy you will ever meet he makes you feel at ease and he made a friend with my husband dave and myself. Thank you to you all for lovely 10 day stay and the bottles one was for our 10th wedding anniversary we will be back

The most cleanest and comfortable rooms ever. Lots of room, but a shortage on drawers . Cleaning of the rooms / towels etc was so good. Everything was spotless, even the corridors, stairs, lift etc. The restaurant also was spotless, the staff if not clearing the tables would be wiping down, keeping everything clean and tidy. Special mention to Lorraine here!!. The food was also amazing and enjoyable. The staff were always smiling and friendly. The pool area was tidied and cleaned every every evening. Our first visit but hopefully not our last! Been home one day and missing this place already. Thank you to all the staff, from Reception to the cleaning staff .
