Wonderful stay in Menorca! This hotel is our favourite yet! It is spotlessly clean, staff are very helpful and hardworking. Entertainment was amazing, kids disco and Bingo each night and some fantastic singing acts and a fabulous acrobat act. Food was fabulous, amazing choice every night with different themes. Air conditioning was great and rooms were cleaned daily. Pools were very clean and lots of space without fighting for a sunbed. We have booked again for July 2025 we loved it so much, can't wait to be back.

The staff are absolutely amazing!!! They couldn’t do enough for us, it was our first ever holiday abroad and they made it so memorable that we are coming back in may this year 2025… food amazing… staff amazing and Menorca stunning xxx Bridget and team were fantastic. Helpful staff Clean Efficient Food choice always suitable IN PARTICULAR THEY OFFER MEDIUM DINNER PLATES IN ADDITION.TO THE STANDARD LARGE ONES. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE PLATES WAS BETTER THAN MOST HOTELS Parking at 10euros per day was annoying but in this heat we were both glad we paid. We liked room 103

An honest review. We came as a couple and have been to plenty of all inclusive hotels all over Spin. This giving us a good insight to what 4* and 5* all inclusive hotels should be offering. We only go 4* and 5* as a rule but last year had a family emergency, meaning we needed to book a quick trip to Spain. It was a 3* with this company, and as 3* go it did what it said on the tin. Fast forward to this year we saw a great deal to Menorca plus this hotel was a 4* so was hoping for an even better experience. The good….. the hotel itself is very clean and the reception staff are always on hand if you need them. The area is very quiet but everything a walk or a max 10 minute taxi ride for a lively atmosphere. Unfortunately this is where the good starts and finishes. We booked 8 nights and in the whole time we have had one meal in the restaurant. I completely understand there is only so much a hotel can offer where breakfast is concerned but lunch and dinner can only be described as slop. Every single dish tastes exactly the same. Day In day out. It’s all cheap cuts off meat and to disguise this they put a sauce on it. The buffet is no where near big enough for the size of the hotel and the choice is just as small. If you like chips, rice and cheap meat and fish then maybe this is the hotel for you. But for us personally from reading the reviews was expecting something better than the same tasting dishes for our entire holiday. While here there was a musician for 3 evenings on entering the restaurant. I’m sure the money spent on this would have been better spent on creating better quality meals. We are not ones for reviews but felt the need in this case. This holiday wasn’t a silly price . But it was still £2000 of our hard earned money and feel you are totally misleading holiday makers as this hotel is no more than a 3* . We are really struggling to understand where all the amazing reviews have come from ? As this was one of the reasons we booked this. Also the reviews were saying the entertainment was top quality. We weren’t expecting a broadway show every evening but to sit and listen to what can only be described as a pub singer every evening really is poor. And with the area being so quiet if you don’t have the funds to get a taxi out. Then you’re pretty stuck. We understand drinks are watered down at all inclusive hotels but the choice again is very limited and cocktails from a carton. At other all inclusive hotels children are able to help themselves to ice cream/ ice lolly’s. They are kept behind the pool bar and I only found this out on our second to last day as I saw someone asking for one. The snack bar around the pool offers your standard burgers, chips, hotdogs. I couldn’t touch the burgers. For the simple fact I’ve never seen a beef burger that is cream in colour on the inside. So from that I’m guessing it’s never seen meat and wouldn’t even like to think what it’s actually made from. The snack bar however did have a

We have just returned from a weeks stay and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a lovely sea view and view of the beautiful sunset. The food options were a bit limited but we always found something. The bar staff were lovely and we enjoyed the variety of drinks. The entertainment team were excellent, especially the lead (can’t remember her name!). Overall we had a great stay and would love to return in the future.

4th visit in about 7 years and enjoyed it immensely once again. We were upgraded to a suite and received a nice candle gift as an acknowledgment which was a lovely touch. The hotel is spotless, beautiful grounds, not too big but with plenty of atmosphere, the staff are all lovely, every last one of them should be commended, they are a credit to the hotel and to themselves. Local area is quiet but that’s what we like - there’s more there than you think if you look, but quiet, a bus trip to Ciutadella is a must. If we have one minor criticism, it’s that in this occasion we felt that food was slow to be replenished in the restaurant, the food is pretty varied and should be something for everyone, but at busy times it runs low quickly and really needs keeping on top of better. We saw some enjoyable evening entertainment, again, something for everyone . Lovely relaxed week and I’m sure we will return
