Good hotel, on bund of Nile. Quite atmospheric. Clean and easy to access. Nothing around in walking distance.

The spa is very nice and the hydro jets are amazing. The staff there are very nice and they bring you tea and fruits. Very pleasant experience there .

Picture perfect hotel, it was my first night in Cairo, and I didn't even realize at the time how good I had it. Compared to other properties, even other Marriott group properties this one is above and beyond on food and service. Location is beautiful, they awarded me early check in and late check out. As a Titanium Elite they upgraded me to a beautiful room, though I did use a suite night award for it, but it was epic. Room service was very nice, indoor pool and outdoor pool very nice. Indoor pool is amazing just beautiful, feels like your swimming somewhere very unique. The spa facilities can use also the sauna, jacuzzi (many options) overall a great hotel, and would definitely stay again in Cairo. Wish I stayed longer. I will share to all my families and friends

Incredible service throughout the entire stay. The Deluxe King Room that I stayed in was even larger than I expected. The staff were always on hand to help with any requests that I had and my sessions at the Iridium Spa were second to none. One of the best hotels I've stayed it & well deserving of its 5-star rating.

スーツケースを預けると同時に、チップ駅伝がスタートしました。体感10歩ごとなので、チップに慣れていないと、こちらが間に合いません。部屋は、言うなれば対ジャイアントのプリンセスルームです。小人気分を味わえます。 リッチな気分を味わいたい人よりは、リッチでトールな人向けのホテルだと感じました。ドライヤーを楽しみにしてたのに、ミイラ化してて少し悲しくなりました。 壁が薄めです。セキュリティはバッチリです。 ウェルカムドリンクで頂いたストロベリージュースがあり得ないくらい美味しかったです。そもそもエジプトはイチゴが大きくて美味しいです。

房間在埃及算是很好的五星酒店了 早餐很豐盛 房間內設施還可以 地理位置不錯 酒店的餐廳（西餐廳）一般 不推薦嘗試 酒店的咖啡廳的cheese cake和rice pudding很好吃

酒店服務太差了，我乾洗的衣服，送回來多了污漬，非要説是我之前就有的還説告知我過了，讓他們查監控證明説告知我的，一直不回覆消息，還扣了我洗衣服的錢，把我衣服洗壞完全沒有賠償，也沒有道歉，這是一個五星級酒店的服務嗎。消息一直不回覆。這個酒店真的是無語了，從來沒有住過這樣的酒店，服務態度差到極點。事情已經十多天了沒有任何迴應，還要冤枉客人是已經告知過我了，衣服有污漬，讓他們找出證據又不回覆。

不愧是奢華酒店，面面俱到，可惜我們是就住一晚上，而且坐完十幾小時飛機後狂玩一天回酒店，第二天就離開了，沒能好好享受。 早餐無與倫比得豐盛，還能打包！G層有兑換埃及鎊的機器，那個機器建議留足時間兑換，敬請感受（／_＼）

酒店服務、設施都超預期，早餐也非常豐富和美味！酒店還有很多餐廳供選擇，其中意大利餐廳體驗感最佳！唯一遺憾的就是，酒店雖設有新加坡餐廳，但其菜品風味不夠正宗。如果有更好的中餐廳選擇，那就更完美了。
