I was transferring in Egypt for one night, and then I checked into this hotel. The service attitude was so bad that no one came to pick me up.I will never go to Egypt again and I will never go to this hotel again. But the room is clean.Breakfast is also very delicious and lunch and dinner are served.

Very nice hotel for early start at airport. Staff all amazingly helpful and especially many thanks to Ahmed Anwar customer relations manager for assisting me to check in on-line for my flight. Thank you sir.

Room smell bad and staff not to friendly, supposed don’t use Casino because no Casino in the hotel, location near to airport.

I was in Cairo for one night so needed a hotel near the airport. The hotel arranges a free shuttle service to and from the airport which is very convenient. The rooms are fine and the hotel has all the amenities that you would want (multiple restaurants, swimming pool, and gym). Perfect for an over night stay in between flights

Terrible, all are old inside. I had to spend another 25 dollars to by adapter to plug my phone and laptop. No room shoes, no toothbrush and toothpaste inside the room, I had to pay another 2 dollars extra to have it. The hotel is expensive and the service and equipment inside are too old, very very very old. The hotel need renovation. When I tried to talk about this, even one guy was aggressive with me and asked me to shut up. It is just bad experience and I really regret even to put my legs at that place. The only bad experience I had here.

It was an nice experience. I stayed there for two nights before my flight. The location is just a few minutes from the Airport and the perk is the free shuttle service.

The pool is nice and the fresh bread at breakfast is delicious. The bathroom smelled a bit funny and we had more than one unsatisfactory interaction with service staff.

I have a perfect holiday with trip.com .the hotel was really near to the airport. The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly and helpful.

Clean and cozy room. Airport shuttle was the strongest point. Wished there were a room sleepers. It was a lot better than I imagined from reviews.

This is a good hotel if you need to stay by the airport. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and the pool is wonderful. While everything looks very fancy and shiny, it feels a little tired and in need of some upkeep. Every thing is very clean, but some of the fittings are coming loose and showing rust.
