For the price we paid for three rooms at over US$100 a night and considering it was a Hilton we were extremely disappointed in the rooms. The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand. 

Very good location, excellent breakfast and very good attention

The location is convenient, the environment is quiet and lively, many dining options nearby, the service is very efficient and the security is tight to give travelers a sense of safety. I will definitely come again.

Services are not good enough You wait at least an hour to get a bottle of water :)

The check-in process was swift and efficient, and I was delighted to find my room impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Nile River. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice in Cairo. The hotel is old and so many question for every one

Good location from airport . Staff at reception were friendly and allowed late crack out , however the constant drilling was a big disturbance.

As a family of 5 we were upgraded to the Ambassador Suite and it was a wonderful room - 6 beds, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a very large living room. You pay a bit more but with 5+ people, you would need to book two rooms usually, so this works out as a great compromise. The hotel is a little dated, the main restaurant is ok but nothing exceptional and it was disappointing the pool closed at 5pm (not much opportunity to swim if check-in is 3pm). That said, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend the hotel. It’s actually quite nice to be a short distance away from the crowds.

It should be Cairo's earliest five-star hotel, located on ZAMALEK Island, with excellent Nile scenery. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very convenient. We booked two rooms with side Nile views, and one of them was upgraded to a Nile view suite for free. The hotel breakfast is right on the Nile River and can be eaten outdoors or indoors.
