Save your money and stay elsewhere if you can.. The floor was dirty, roach in bathroom, towel rack pulled away from the wall. There was zero toilet paper and only 2 towels left in the room. When i called the front desk I was asked to come to the front desk and get more. Really but ok. We had just arrived back from a funeral service so having to get our own towels and toilet paper from the front desk was not very good customer service. We found an empty dollar general bag in the clothes dresser which tells me no one had cleaned much less checked the drawers. The floor was also "gritty" from the dirt and sticky. One of the attached photos shows a towel with dirt which came from the bathroom floor infront of the toilet. The shelf in the bathroom had a small roach and a small package with some type of white substance on top of a thick layer of dirt. The towel rack was pulled away from the wall as was the toilet roll holder. There were stains on the sheets, hole in the curtains and the bed skirt was ripped. The total room charge was around $140,00 and I would really like to have it refunded to my card. I am not interested in a voucher of any type. I question the last time anyone had fully cleaned it. We also saw ZERO type of COVID cleaning methods even at the breakfast area.I would definitely not recommend your hotel or the Best Western brand to anyone. Please refund my money.
