Tyla and chan are amazing. Best hotel ever. We switched to novotel and it was no where near it.

This hotels wins the first place among other hotels on our Cairns trip! Brand new with mazing staff who are always there to make your stay perfect. The hotel has four pools in this nice courtyard area facing the beach, so you can swim with the view. Yet, the pools are not crowded at all. Family pool doesn’t look like, yet it is shallow with sand, little fountains and everyone seemed to have fun in there. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Balconies are made for outdoor use with furniture and even night light. The view is worth the price!

We loved our stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool so much. Room is clean and spacious with a lovely view over the balcony. The vibe at both bars is excellent reminding me I am in a holiday. Our room is in front of an elevator, so it is a bit noisy on the morning when people go down to the restaurant. The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. Sometimes food didn't get refilled fast enough. There is room for improvement.

Friendly staff, great location and good food/drink options. Highly recommend for a stay in Cairns.

A well presented hotel, with a beautiful pool and lovely restaurants. Would certainly consider visiting again.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was well-equipped and comfortable

So I expected a lot, but I was a tad disappointed. Stains on the carpet, dust and non working kettle. Only being was the view. And when you pay $450 a night they sting you for parking. Was not worth the expense.

We had a lovely couple of days here. The reception staff were very helpful and we had a lovely spacious room

Our family loved this place! We will definitely choose and recommend this if we or our friends visit Cairns again next time.

Fantastic stay. Will definitely come back. The hotel offers excellent service and amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to attractions. Highly recommend!
