Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

The hotel is in a perfect location for Caernarfon. It wasn't too far away from anything and within walking distance to the town. Usually premier inn's do have parking but this one didn't. However, there was a secure car park across the road which cost £7.50 per day which isn't too bad. Our room was above average but attention to detail was lacking - there were stains on the carpet and the shower curtain rail was hanging out of the wall. Luckily, we were only staying for 1 night and barely spent any time in there or i would've said something at the desk. I just think for £147 per night, the attention to detail should be there.

Really clean and comfortable, slept so well as the bed was so comfy and as no noise pollution. The restaurant was nice also and the views were stunning. Would highly recommend this place, the best PI I have visited so far for business or leisure.

Right by the marina, you couldn't ask for a more peaceful and pretty location for a hotel - the sunsets are to die for. Being a short walk from the bus station, this is a well connected hotel for those not wanting to use a car. The return bus (5C) to Bangor also picks up outside the nearby Asda. My ground floor inward facing room was quiet and spacious. Yet to under go a makeover, the ceiling lighting was dull and uninspiring though. Meals are taken in the Table Table in the building next door - I strongly recommend making an online booking in advance. Their food is great and the portions generous. Be aware mobile reception across the town is patchy and even locking onto the Wi-fi signal can be pot luck. I'd be delighted to stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for work last month. Everything was good. I was welcomed, helped with parking and breakfasts. The reception is friendly and anytime glad to Help. Nearby restaurant and bar - very convenient.Reasonable prices for good service. Recommended

Great place to stay and all the staff are very friendly and genuine. They cannot do enough for you. It's nice to always be greeted with a happy smiling face from every member of staff. They are a credit to the Premier Inn Caernarfon. The Hotel is situated in a great location near the Harbour. Ideal for exploring the North Wales West Coast and Snowdonia National Park, which both are absolutely stunning. Caernarfon Town and its fantastic Castle is a must see whilst staying in Caernarfon. You will get clean comfortable rooms with everything you need for a lovely stay at a reasonable price. The Buffet Breakfast in Table Table is excellent and Nicola who runs the Breakfast along with her team are fantastic.

Great hotel and great location, typical premier inn, clean, comfortable, friendly and easy to deal with, I’m always in my van so a little concerned about parking in a nearby car park but so far, no issues whatsoever. Great venue with fantastic restaurant for breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend.
