An amazing experience- the views were magic, and the villa spacious and lovely. The kitchen worked well, having extra bathrooms was helpful, and i loved playing music through the bluetooth sound system. Our hosts were super friendly, and helpful with advice on things to do. Would stay again

The views are fabulous alone Town house was spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms which was great having them upstairs Was a little disappointed that there was no comfortable seating to sit outside and enjoy the views on the terrace Also the rental needed a mirror as the only mirror was in the bathroom and a lamp so you didn’t need to put bright lights on at night The bathroom open grate smelt and had a air freshener placed over it We felt it needed more like a unblock and clean Mark the Manager was so helpful and a real bonus was the free beach towels, boogy board and snorkel at hand from the reception

Spotlessly clean villa with a balcony upstairs and downstairs Good quality bedding and comfortable beds. Glorious views over the bay. Easy access to the sandy beach where the swimming was wonderful Butlers point whaling museum was fascinating Thoroughly recommend

Amazing views! The apartments are well appointed, and contain everything you may need. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with two couples and there is plenty of room. The bathrooms are lovely with nice soft towels. The place is spotlessly clean. Mark was very welcoming, helpful and we felt like nothing was too much trouble. I can’t rate this place highly enough. We will definitely be back.

After 13 different stops on our NZ holiday this was a perfect finish. Best stop. Not to be missed. Mark’s advice was invaluable (in spite of the fact he comes from Lancashire !) We loved every minute and cannot recommend it highly enough. Wish we’d stayed longer. Martin and Penny (from Sheffield, South Yorkshire !)

Highly recommended. Clean comfortable well equipped villa with stunning views. Free beach towels are available from the reception area. We play croquet at home here in the UK and these villas are located around the corner from the very y friendly folk at Doubtless Bay Croquet Club who welcomed us in for a few games. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and watching the sunset from the terrace whilst enjoying a decent glass of red was very pleasurable!

The place was clean and bright though the room was a little cramped. It was good location with a nice view and a 5-10 minute walk down a hill to the local beach but a car was needed to go shopping, etc. We had to make last minute changes to our booking due to flight issues and found the hosts very accommodating and pleasant. The bathroom and shower were great but the foam mattresses were soft and hard on the back.

After a 6-week road trip through NZ, it's the perfect place to „recover“, could really just enjoy and relax. The view from the villa is fantastic. Villa is very clean. Tennis court for free use. Lots of beautiful beaches in the area. If I ever travel to New Zealand again I will definitely come back here.

What a beautiful villa. Slightly disappointed it wasn't ready when we arrived, but it was worth the wait. A stunning property, beautifully fitted out with everything you need. A great view from the veranda. Highly recommended and would recommend the two bedroom villa
