During our three-night stay, we dealt with four different front desk people - only the one was friendly and acknowledged us. Our Friday night check-in, the fellow had a difficult time checking us in - not sure if it was a language problem or if he wasn't trained correctly. Saturday morning, the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care about her surroundings because she was too busy on the phone. In the afternoon, the gal was a bit friendly but that was after my husband complained about how unfriendly the other two had been. The weekend breakfast host was not friendly, nor caring about the quality of the eating area. My husband had to go back into the "kitchen" and ask her for a rag to wipe the tables, as she was too busy on her phone. The next morning, another guest had to go in and get a rag - again, she was doing nothing. The only positive was the housekeeping gal was friendly, despite her not understanding us, and our rooms were always clean.
