The location of hotel is near the beach accessible to the nearest shop. Hotel itself, the staffs are friendly. But we received the room with foul smell when you go inside. Towels have stained on it. Electric kettle is not working and also the TV. The sink is clogging. No creamer for the coffee. The public toilet cubicle is not fully close for privacy. When you use the restroom and went inside, other people can see you from outside while washing their hands as the door have gap. You can see people outside while sitting in the toilet bowl.🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

Was a great experience convenient.. Thank u but just to suggest to address your guest when going to the room about towel etc that it is by request so we know what to do.. Thank u

it is accessible to SM Butuan with a few minutes walk but they might have to train staff for customer service experience.

New hotel. Very clean. Very close to SM mall and not far from bud terminal. Seems to be a nice area.
