Overall room condition is okay. The small exhaust fan is necessary for the room without the windows to remove the excessive humidity (suggestion). There are no free parking lots available in the vicinity. Travellers can park their cars at the paid public parking lots at the hourly rate of RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) using the "Penang Smart Parking" app.

It was a bad experience, pictures and the experiences I had is totally differnet. Even the pillows are stained to the max, not jus 1 of the pillows but all. Hotel room is basic, amenities and bathroom is close to nothing, towels are smelly.

If you want a place with supper, this alley is not the right place but good for an overnight stay. The hotel need to upgrade their door system, apparently it requires the receptionist to open the door with masterkey after a certain timing (I check in at 1am) instead my own room key. The room is okay if you are not a fussy person, thank you for having me!

Good basic (and clean) accommodation near restaurants and on the bus line that takes you directly to Penang Sentral (train/buses to the rest of the country and the ferry to Penang Island).

Very basic hotel don't expect anything.... some experiences, saw a baby cockcroach crawl over my blanket. Hotel is besides highway. through the whole night will hear vehicles speed by. If you are light sleeper, beware. literally no sound proofing. Also can hear the sounds from the room above and below.

The room was spacious, which was a plus. However, there was an odd smell coming from the toilet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the lack of a rack or shelf in the shower made it inconvenient to put toiletries while showering. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Spacious room, equipped with babycot and toys for kids. Clean room. Very close to eateries and malls. the aircond is quite noisy but still cold. Satisfied with the stay!

My every time stay during my trip to butterworth. Close to apollo pasar and bagan ajam.

Overall, ok. Unfortunately, there is no access to the beach. Lots of restaurants around the area in the morning.

Good budget hotel at Butterworth. Location ia quiet and good for sleep. Air-conditioner slightly noise due to cover shaking. Will consider to come back next time ya.

Good Location. Parking available but need to pay. Spacious room. A bit noisy from traffic/motorcycle at 2-3 am.
