I usually shy away from business-y type hotels like this on the outskirts of towns as many siphon off business and visitor activity from downtowns that need it. But this one hit the spot for its excellent AC, proactive problem-solving, and a seamless stay. The well-designed rooms are clean and comfy.

Newer hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We were in an Executive Queen as they were almost sold out, except for family suites, which was surprising for early October. The place was quiet with a solid build, but upstairs did manage some minor banging anyway. Typical, but decent breakfast. Wifi was a little slow at times. Front desk messed up the spelling of my last name and took a while to straighten out, barely friendly enough and definitely could smile.

We recently stayed for the night and while our experience was generally positive, there are definitely some areas that need improvement. The hotel itself has potential, with a convenient location and friendly staff who were welcoming upon arrival.My room was comfortable, but it was clear that some attention to detail was lacking. First, there were noticeable stains on the ceiling and the sofa, which gave the room a bit of a worn-down feel. This took away from the overall cleanliness and comfort. Additionally, there was no body wash provided, the container was empty. To make matters worse, the TV did not work. Overall, the hotel feels like it is in need of some love and refurbishment. With a few updates and more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance, this could easily be a fantastic place to stay. For now, it’s a good option if you’re not too particular about the details, but I hope they make some improvements soon

The hotel is a standard Fairfield Inn with the brand’s standard breakfast. The bathroom in our room had a towel hanging on the back of the door and soap in the shower so we questioned how clean it was. We were also charged for a market item we didn’t purchase. The hotel entrance is difficult to navigate although it is off a main thoroughfare.

A good modern hotel with good sized clean rooms. Breakfast was included and there is a mini-fridge in the rooms plus guest laundry facilities. If you want to eat out there is a ****** opposite the hotel, but a few blocks away is the wonderful Hanging Five family restaurant which we really enjoyed.

I’m a lifetime Titanium member with well over 1,000 stays in various Marriott properties. This Fairfield Inn exceeded any expectations. The property was well maintained and conveniently located off the highway. The breakfast offerings were better than the average Fairfield scale property. What made the biggest difference was the entire staff…from front desk,breakfast prep and housekeeping…all were helpful and friendly..always with a cheerful hello…or willing to help with any of our needs. I would go out of my way to stay again if my travels took me anywhere close to this location.

Despite busy weekend events, staff was cordially pleasant and helpful. Hospitality shined! Short drive into old town where all the music venues were set up. My husband & I stay at a lot of places. This one was a wonderful surprise during the outstanding Montana Folk Festival that we attended for the first time.
