Perfect for my 4 week stay. Space was nice, bed was comfortable, WiFi worked great for working in the space. Price was right. I will definitely use them again!

Comfortable The room was comfortable. I didn't notice on the property listing that a TV was not one of the amenities listed. I was there for a week for work and was not looking forward to being without a TV in the evenings. All it took was a text to the owner and a TV was delivered and set up in my room. I was very appreciative! So just be aware there is normally no TV. There were a couple of other issues - no iron in my room and I didn't have any way to adjust the cooling system. Neither of these things were important enough for me to ask the owners about as I'm sure they would have taken care of both. They were very responsive.

So cute!!! Stayed at this little gem while attending our sons graduation from Chico State. It was very clean, bed was super comfy, easy to find, and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with property management.
