I loved how convenienty located the hotel was to mermaid Quay. It was also located near to a bus stop which took us to the city centre. The reception was really nice :) there are some constructions going on so our room had the windows covered (which I didn't prefer) but it was still nice

Close to the Cardiff Bay area and a very short bus to the main city and Cardiff Castle. Breakfast was excellent (but no muesli). Rooms spacious but no fridge (I think that the UK don't do fridges) we did enjoy our stay and would fully recommend staying here. Car park is next door at a multi carpark which is subsidised by the hotel @ 25 - 30%.

カーディフの滞在は二回目で、ベイエリアに滞在してみたいと思っていたのでここに宿泊できてて嬉しかったです☺︎サービスは簡易的ですが、スタッフはみなフレンドリーです。清潔感も保たれていて良かったです。Centralからも歩いて30分以内なので便利でした。またカーディフに滞在する際はこちらを利用します！

If you want stay next to the beating heart of all that Cardiff has to offer, look no further than the Cardiff Bay Premier Inn. Beautiful hotel, located a stones throw from the Marina and all the delights it has to offer. The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. I genuinely could not fault any aspect of our stay. Comfortable nights sleep, fabulous breakfast and the ideal base for our weekend in Cardiff.

Very disappointed to be honest it all went wrong when I got an email after I had paid saying that I would not be able to see out my window because of works going on that didn’t matter because you can’t even open the window. The bedroom was dirty walls all scuffed and a hole in the sheets and a stain on the pillow also ontop of that the ac only went down too 19c so that was awful. The shower head had grime and dirt all round it personally it looked like blood but I’ll leave that to the premier inn staff to decide Wouldn’t reccomend

Sadly the extractor fan in the room was on constantly and when the bathroom light was switched it became louder and louder so our sleep was disturbered Also construction work was happening behind the hotel so werewoken at 8am by drilling etc

Stayed in a clean, comfortable family room at the Cardiff Bay Premier Inn. Great area to visit. We ate breakfast (twice) and a dinner at the hotel and both were very reasonable and perfect for a family group with very different tastes. Special mention to Vicky, Yasmin, Akshay and Becky who were very busy yet gave amazing service and made the whole experience really special. Lovely little Easter break at the Cardiff Bay Premier Inn.

Next to Millenium Centre for the opera ( and other shows). Just one bus ride from Cardiff Central Station. Brilliant!! Also handy for the barrage walk and the bay boat trips. We will come back. Staff lovely but It’s the busiest Premier Inn I have ever been in and we stay in London quite a lot.
