This is a very lavish resort with a lot of activities available to guests. My only feedback would be that the extra services are quite expensive for what they are. Beautiful location but no accessible beach. Very friendly staff and Pirate Dive Shop on location.

If you like to have a quiet & relax holiday, please stay here. Services are good, but foods are just normal.

Amazing place, quite unique. The best: the staff, super helpful and always with a smile in their faces. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, with a comfy bed and a very good bathroom. The views are breathtaking and the massages are one of the best massage i ever had! Its been great spending time in this magic place

Service is superb

For us, we like a little bit of seclusion every once in a while when traveling. Despite the 1 hour airport transfer and trip to Coron Proper, Busuanga Bay Lodge was amazing! The staff was welcoming and friendly from the time we got here to our last day, which is today. We were given an upgrade, from the King Waterfront to a suite 2 floors below the lobby area, due to the low count of guests staying here at the time😁. The menu is only 2 pages but the chef is really amazing! Joaquin, Joel, and the rest of the staff gave top notch service. Some people that might stay here may not like the road connecting the resort to the main road but oh well, it adds a little adventure to your stay! Valentine's day night was romantic with 2 of the staff providing musical entertainment. We just missed the annual boat race that happens right in front of the hotel from the February 18 thru the weekend. We definitely recommend this place!

My partner and I decided to do a big Asia trip with Taipei, Manila, Palawan region, and Tokyo right after before going back home to San Francisco. Something we really wanted after exploring big cities like Taipei and Manila is to be able to reset. We enjoyed a couple of days in El Nido where we were situated next to the town with easy access, and then decided to check out Busuanga. The resort offers airport pick ups, and it was a good 40 minutes to get to the resort. It is situated in a more remote area, with Coron around a 30 minute drive, but we decided to stay in the resort for this leg of our trip. The room was massive, and we did book a room with AC and also wifi, and enjoyed the double shower, double sinks, and also the roomy double closet. The common area was very open with a beautiful view of the bay and also the sunset/sunrise. We utilized their spa services, and free amenities like the paddle boarding and kayaking at the water front. It is not a white sandy beach kind of place, but to be honest we did not mind. After lounging for a couple of days, we decided to book a boat trip to explore the islands nearby. We did not want to do a group tour to be honest since we wanted to zip through it based on our schedule. We decided to skip one of the 4 locations they offered because we did not want to be under the sun for 5-6 hours so we went to areas we wanted. Definitely go to the coral garden to snorkel! I am not a big snorkel guy but I really enjoyed that. Since it was just us two, we paid for the four person spots in able to take the boat out which did not upset our pockets when comparing it to USD. The biggest thing I enjoyed were the staff, truly. They really made our experience great. A big shoutout to Felix and Nanelyn for being so kind and attentive to our needs.. like another round of Red Horse beer while at the infinity pool. This resort is definitely a place for those wanting to relax. Not for those who constantly want to go into the city for dinner every night since it is more isolated. Yes, the food is more pricey at a resort compared to street food in the city, but it was actually amazing! If you're on a tight budget, stick to the hostels and street food. But if you are looking for an amazing experience and resort lifestyle, definitely book this place. It did not break our bank, and we also felt like we received the best quality for our buck.

Hands down, amazing! It was the most personalized one we've ever experienced. The staff members led by AJ (great leadership skills) took really good care of us and went above and beyond what we expected. In fact, they went outside the resort hotel to buy some of our essentials and needs. The atmosphere was everything. The view when you enter the facility is out of this world that pictures and videos do not do justice with. You have to come here to feel the warm Filipino hospitality and dive deep into what real tourism really means. We recommend getting the Pass Island tour package + diving which is so worth every dollar! Thank you Dexter, Jackie, Jenny, Rica, and Nicah for all the love you showed us during our stay. Highly recommended!

The resort has very nice staff and a very good atmosphere. Fantastic view, drinks and service. We spent a few days and felt very welcome and had a great time. Infinity pool and really good massage - and even kajak for free. Best recommandations

The staff was so sweet and very helpful. An amazing staff can’t compliment them enough. The hotel it self was amazing, I we didn’t stay there but we came a lot and everyone was so helpful and full of joy and just so happy to help and guide you though everything

BBL hosted us for a week as part of a friend’s wedding. The staff, views, food, and accommodations were all excellent and we left feeling like family. Don’t skip the free-to-use kayaks where you can find a WWII plane wreck and mangrove channels, and rental boat tours to excellent and easy snorkeling. Thank you!

BBL was an incredible place to stay with exceptional rooms and friendly staff. The team at BBL went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed with the large group that was staying here for the wedding. They organized all our tours, boat pickups and gave us a true experience of Filipino hospitality. I was recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a quieter place to stay in busanaga without any of the sacrifices.
