Pros: • Stunning sea views, especially during sunrise • Convenient location near shops and eateries • Spacious room with Netflix • Warm flooring, perfect for winter • Early morning surfing views (as early as 6 am) Cons: • Hotel looks tired and needs renovation • Noisy surroundings, disturbing for light sleepers • Frequent, annoying announcements throughout the night • Poor housekeeping: room not cleaned during our 3-night stay (despite request on 2nd day) • Far from main town, requiring Uber rides to attractions The hotel's location by the sea is lovely, but the noise from the surrounding area and constant announcements were frustrating. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the lack of cleaning services was unacceptable. I smell smoke in the other room on the 7th floor

Good welcoming, very clean room and the location is at a perfect spot at Haeundae beach! We enjoyed the ocean view from the terrace it was so beautiful. You will find everything you need inside the room as it’s well equipped, the bed is so comfy. We had a good stay. Thank you ~

그 어느 다른 리뷰분들의 말이 맞습니다^^ 뷰깡패 / 시끄러움 저희는 소리에 크게 민감한 반응이 있는 편이 아니라 오랜만에 부산에 내려온 만큼 바닷가를 오래 보고 싶어서 시끄럽다는 후기가 많이 있어도 친절함과 뷰 하나로 2박 선택하였습니다. 근데 진.짜.시.끄.러.워.요. 이게 숙소 앞에 버스킹을 하는데 15-2230까지 진짜 쉬지 않고 번갈아가면서 합니다 ㅠㅠ 처음에는 낭만있고 좋다 라고 생각했지만 한쉬도 쉬지않고 (노래..고음..제가 힘들어져요) 밤 늦게까지 아주 미칩니다. 서비스 또한 별로 입니다. 2박이기때문에 입실시 청소가 필요하면 말하라고 하여 오전 10시쯤 전화로 청소요청을 하였습니다. (항상 카운터에 안계심) 알았다고 하시고 1530정도에 다시 객실로 들어왔는데 청소 안되어있습니다.(체크아웃/인 시간 맞춰서 나갔다옴) 전화로 다시 말씀드리니 순차적으로? 하신다고 하는데 그럼 저희가 1박씩 예약을 따로 했어도 객실이 15시 이후인데도 준비가 안되었을까요? 또한 에메니티/ 화장실은 청소가 안되어 있습니다. 첨부한 사진과 같이 매우 낡고 깨끗하진 않습니다. 다만 뷰는 정~말 예쁘니 이용에들 참고하십시오! ㅎㅎ
