It was a place where I could comfortable stay with my dog. So I wasn’t too fussed. The bathroom was lovely and big. There was a TV for entertainment. A hair dryer which I used well. Different switches to turn on and off the lights. The view from my room wasn’t ideal but I didn’t spend much time looking outside the window. My dog had a stair step to use in order to get to me on the bed which was convenient. And it was relatively quiet because of the two large doors that blocked me from the sounds outside which was also lovely. Of course it would be nice if there wasn’t a feint smell of dog but it’s a dog hotel, it’s to be expected. The air conditioning worked well, and the room would warm up and cool down accordingly.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The staff was excellent and the location was great! It was a very pet friendly environment and our dog was in the best care while we were out for the day. The pricing and hours of the pet boarding were great. We received a picture and text letting us know our pet was safe and happy!

We loved it at the Petel in Busan. It’s very convenient. A short walk to the beach, and a supermarket, Starbucks, and whiskey bar within 2-4 minutes walk. There is a lovely park next to the beach so great for walking the dogs. Make sure you have everything thing you need when you check in though, as they have a valet of sorts meaning it’s a little awkward to get the car back if you forget something like a charger. Otherwise awesome, relaxing stay. Thankyou to the Petel and Trip.com.

깨끗하고 ,조용하고 , 화장실이 나뉘어져 있어 너무 좋았어요
강아지 물, 계단까지
강아지와 함께 할 수 없는 사우나 갈때 잠시 놀이방에 갈 수도 있고 여행 잘 다녀왔어요

우리 토이푸들 초코와 함께한 4일간의 여행에 좋은 추억 많이 쌓고 왔네요. 사장님 포함 직원분들 모두 친절하셨고 애견 잠시 맡겨주시는 놀이터 서비스도 굳! 애견 산책하기 좋은 위치도 굳! 주변에 맛집도 많아서 굳!
하여간 재 방문 또하고 싶네요^^

숙소 묵는 내내 찝찝했어요. 가실분들은 꼭 이 댓글 보고 참고하세요. 이불 커버를 엘베앞 복도 바닥에서 펼쳐놓고 씌우시더라구요..신발신고 다니는 곳이기도 했고 손님이 보고있는데도 계속 그러고 있길래 프론트 가서 말했더니
복도 바닥도 깨끗하게 청소해서 괜찮다는 식으로 말씀 하시더라구요. 안심시키려고 그렇게 말씀하신것 같지만 납득이 안됐어요. 너무 찝찝해서 환불받고 나가고 싶은 심정이었어요.처음 들어갔을때 엄청 깨끗해보여서 좋았는데 모든 환상이 사라지고 침구 쓰는게 찝찝하더라구요.
연휴에 강아지 받아주는 다른 숙소 구하기도 힘들것 같아서 그냥 참고 있다 나왔네요..
손님이 보고있는데도 버젓이 이불을 복도 바닥에 펼쳐놓고 커버를 씌우시던데 안보이는곳에선 어떤 것까지 하실지 우려됩니다.
나는 청결에 별로 예민하지 않다 하시는 분들한테는 나쁘지 않은 숙소겠네요.
