This was hands down the best place I’ve stayed at in Busan. The location is unbeatable—perfect for relaxing beach walks, with the shoreline just steps away. The surrounding area is filled with excellent eateries offering a wide range of local and international cuisine. While some of the restaurants and cafes can be on the pricier side, the quality and atmosphere make it worth the splurge. The overall experience—from the view, the vibe, to the convenience—was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Busan, especially if you're looking for a memorable seaside stay.

Like all Shilla Stays, this hotel is a good business hotel for single travels or friends. One very big upside is obviously the location next to the beach and all the nightlife.

Location is great. walking distance to Haeundae Beach and Haeundae Night Market. The room space is big. We arrive late in the evening (almost 11Pm) and the staffs are accomodating.

Location is great , 5 minutes to the night market , concierge service is horrible, not helpful, reluctant to provide information, I only find out the night market is nearby in my last day stay , unfortunately, I already had a quick dinner somewhere else, miss the chance to enjoy the Korean food, I did ask the concierge any restaurant recommended nearby , no information is provided

Perfect location and easy to get around.   Lots of food options around the hotel and room was quite big for the business hotel and cozy.  The best value for money !  Highly recommended!

Room size with amenities and location are excellent! Wasn’t please with the check in process(the female staff don’t seem friendly maybe because she is. It fluent in English),breakfast table arrangement(was always given the furthest possible table from the buffet area),my toilet amenities weren’t refill for the 3rd night stay. The breakfast spread is reasonable but every morning is EXACTLY the same! However, every morning, I requested for a taxi at the lobby, the staff whom assisted me always smile and got me a taxi fast. Lobby is comfortable and clean to wait for my guide or relax in.

My stay at the Shilla Stay Haeundae was absolutely delightful. The location was exceptional, the facilities modern and spotless, and the view breathtaking. (Make sure to book an ocean view room, it truly makes a difference) But what truly elevated my experience was the outstanding service. I especially want to commend Anna at reception. Her friendliness, professionalism, and understanding were remarkable. When I encountered an issue with the safe in the evening, Anna, despite having finished her shift, went above and beyond to ensure a locksmith promptly resolved the problem. Her dedication and support were truly appreciated. I left Haeundae with a strong desire to return. Thank you, Anna and Shilla Stay, for such wonderful hospitality!

One of best and convenient hotels with great staffs at Haeundae beach,Busan.

Wonderful hotel right next to Haeundae beach with a beautiful view on the sea ! Lots of restaurants and things to do and see in the neighborhood, the metro is about 5min away on foot to get anywhere in Busan. The morning buffet is good and has a lot of vegetarian options, there's a fresh noodle bar and fresh egg bar. 100% recommend!

The hotel room with sea view was perfect, and the room was clean and spacious. I would also like to give special compliment to the Mr. Leo Ha for making the checking in process so easy and smooth. Overall, the hotel stay was pleasant and enjoyable

Busan shilla stay - Saw many positive comments but our experience was not brilliant. Arrived on a rainy night in late March, and the sound of raindrops is so loud that it disturbed our sleep, as if the rain drops are hitting onto the metal aircon at home! This shouldn’t be happening in a four star hotel in such a big group from Korea. - The room was clean in general, but there was rubbish (a collapsed paper box) left at my bedside. - The room is spacious, but equipments are quite old and you can see scratches everywhere. The weather was quite hot during our stay and unfortunately, the air con temperature poorly reached our ideal temperatures and always stayed at above 27degrees Celsius… - Last thing is their elevators, which was very slow especially during rush hours - but I think this is a common problem for shilla group hotels. Just be prepared to wait for lifts ~5min! - Otherwise their staff are friendly and the price is as cheap as a lower ranked hotel, so that’s overall an okay experience for us.

Amazing hotel! It was exceptionally clean and incredibly convenient. Everything you needed was within walking distance, with fantastic restaurants nearby.
