This hotel was simply fantastic. After a long travel time, one appreciates good service and convenience. The front desk clerk and cleaning staff were pleasant and professional to interact with. I had an issue with one of the laundry machines, and they sent someone to promptly resolve the issue. The room is very comfortable, and there is (mostly) little noise that you hear from the other guests. This location is within steps of a train station (Hadan). Additionally, places such as Starbucks, Daiso, and a shopping mall are within less than a five minute walk. 

Room was nice and clean. Close to metro and shops. Easy check in and check out.

Good location with decent breakfast with great veiws and right next door train station but room little bit small but still good for the price

Location is near a train station. Hotel room is very small. The luggage could not be placed on the floor. Toilet door is awkwardly designed. The user cannot clearly look out as it is opaque at that end. However, the guest standing outside the toilet can see everything inside clearly. In addition, the staff cannot converse or understand English. So it was difficult getting them to understand what I was asking. I gave up after a while. Breakfast staff seemed to be overwhelmed all the time. And they were very strict with the closing time despite the fact that they were unable to cope with the number of guests standing outside waiting for vacant tables. It was not worth the amount paid.

The next hotel I went to after Layers was so different in comparison and the prices were way reasonable

Easy check-in process, friendly staff, clean hotel, and superb breakfast. My hotel choice when going to Busan.

Location was a lot better than I expected. The only thing I would say that would be negative was that the soak tube was REALLY short. Other than that, great place.

I had a great experience, the staffs were nice and they even helped me book a taxi going to the airport. The rooms are clean and they made sure to always provide new towels and robe everyday. There’s also a safe inside the room to keep your valuables. They have a small Sauna if you want to relax and the breakfast was nice, it’s a buffet with plenty of choices and you can eat with a view of the city because its on the 25th floor. It’s 30-45 minutes away from the Gimhae international airport.

This place is superb. Great ambiance, good food. Complete amenities. You can sleep well after a whole day of roaming around Busan. It's just a minute walk away from Hadan Subway Station exit 1. This place is also near in Star Bucks, KFC, 7-11, Daiso, Mart, Bank, Pharmacy, Clothing Stores and different Restaurants. The hotel alone serves Buffet Breakfast until 10:00 in the morning.

I'd like to thank the people at the Front Dest and Tony, the one who manages the Breakfast Place. They are all so very efficient, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect with the Metro a few feet away, and the bus stop as well. The Lady who cleaned my room everyday was very nice - she made sure I had enough water everyday! The Spa is wonderful after a day of walking and hiking. I will stay again for sure! Thank you for making my first visit to BUSAN a very pleasant one!!!

Great location if you’re doing the 4 rivers cycling path, otherwise not a great location in Busan. Rooms very small.

I like this hotel because of its cleanliness, kind personnel and its location. But TV is not have Netflix, Youtube, Google, we can watch only some national channels.

More than 2 time better than I expected. Cons, distance from city or main side of Busan, basic room is small. Good price even in busy season, clean rooms etc. we were satisfied with this hotel.
