Great hotel, amazing location and nearby (5-10 minute walk) to Busan station.

We needed to stay near the station for just one night—arriving from Japan and heading to Seoul the next day. That’s the only reason we chose this place: it’s affordable and conveniently located, which are its only two positive qualities. As for everything else—well, you can imagine. It feels like a 1990s adult movie set, from the smell to the furniture to the red lighting in the bedroom. And judging by the condition, it might not have been cleaned since the early 2000s. If you can avoid it, do. If not, at least you'll know what to expect. On the bright side, it is well insulated.

This motel is located very close to Busan Station. We booked a room for three, but the staff gave us a room for four. The room was so big, I thought it could even fit more than four people. There was no bed, just thin mattresses. We were more than happy to enjoy it as it was a budget hotel anyway. The bathroom was very spacious. The amenities were also complete, such as soap, shampoo, kettle etc. There was also a mini fridge with free bottled water and canned drinks. The staff were also fluent in English. They work 24 hours a day so if you get there early or late, there will not be any problem. They also let us store our luggages there after checking out. Nothing to complain, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. P/s: I forgot to take pictures of the room and hotel. Enjoy these pictures of Busan instead :)

Good place to say on a budget, location is close to the metro and Busan station. Room was a good size and comfortable, staff cleaned and provided fresh towels every day. The bathroom was a little dirty and could use renovation, but not too bad for the price.

Грязная ванная комната, в остальном всё хорошо. Расположение удобное, шума из других номеров слышно не было, сотрудники приятные.

房間不錯，與圖片相符，有冰箱可以用，這個價格非常好了。老闆會一些英文，非常友善！第二天還給我們放了新的礦泉水。周圍臨近便利店，樓下和河道對面沿街飯店有很多，有非常好吃的店，但是一定不要進到對面的小巷，尤其是女生出來玩的晚上千萬不要進那片區域閑逛，不過旅館這邊臨近主街道比較安全。總之是非常好的一次住宿體驗，女生住的話一定要結伴哦

Les draps n’étaient pas changés après le dernier client et il y avait des taches de ******. Avons dormi dans nos sacs de couchage. Le lit était dur.  Mais j’ai bien aimé la grandeur de la chambre avec tout son équipement. Cet hôtel n’est plus tout jeune mais j’ai aimé l’ambiance qui y régnait. Proche de la gare c’est un emplacement idéal pour visiter Busan. Bon rapport qualité prix.

За свои деньги отель неплохой. Было недостаточно чисто в отеле, но место где он находится было удобным. Номер просторный

衞生方面，我是男生我自己住是沒打有問題，但是如果是女孩子的話可能會接受不了。另外就是酒店的燈光很詭異是藍色和紅色，我晚上去的有點害怕。但是服務人員都很好，態度也不錯。有一次性的用具提供。在釜山站下車後步行到路對面就可以。
